The food was delicious and hot upon arrival. The estimated cooking/prep time (35mins) was much shorter than the actual cooking/prep time (a little over 1hr). I'm fine with that since I don't mind waiting for my food, but giving your customer an accurate idea of how long they have to wait would be nicer.

I?ve never had Taiwan?s so I?m not sure on authenticity but I know it was all extremely fresh I got the chicken curry with rice and it was great!

Food was not delivered due to some sort of delivery mixup, so I can?t say how the TLE food was. I?ll try another time because it Sounds delicious.

Did not taste fresh, and it had nothing to do with the delivery. There were pieces of wood in the braised pork... like hard pieces of wood. Lost my appetite.

One of the bubble teas was not sealed correctly and leaked into the bag! The other tea did not seem to be mixed well (and I order it often so I would know!) I will still order from you in the future but this was disappointing!

Ordered Tofu vegetable bento, pork over rice, shrimp pineapple, 2 tea egges. Pork over rice portion of pork was very little, mostly rice. Tofu vegetable bento

I would have given the food a 4 but the delivery was so late that everything was cold. One of my items was also wrong. I received the crispy chicken bento instead of the pork rib bento I requested.

There is no veggies in the Braised Pork Rice, but I did got them when I ordered in store. Also, the order was late for more than 30min.
