Wingstop - Regent St

Delicious

The worst Wingstop around! They always forget to include items

I want to start this off by saying nothing about my experience had anything to do with the driver/deliver I did not enjoy the food from the restaurant but it was not because it was late or cold it was strictly on the restaurant my driver was very nice she delivered my food very fast and she was very respectful

Terrible. Late, a snarky text message saying, no order today LOL --LOL???? WTF?? Then, half the order missing. NEVER EVER USE EAT STREET - TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS

forgot my ranch, that?s like the only reason to get wingstop

Didn?t get ranch with my chicken tenders. Chicken tenders are supposed to come with a dip and I selected ranch but I didn?t get it delivered with my order.

It was cold when it arrived over an hour late

Gave me the wrong order and didn?t include receipt to get a refund.

Delivery was great, driver was super fast and friendly, order was accurate and food was great.

Their wings, chicken tenders and fries/cheese fries are all delicious. We got 3 different flavors of wings and all are good. They forgot to include our cheese fries this order but it was an easy refund and we?ve had them before and they?re excellent. Highly recommend.

My order was incorrect and missing items. EatStreet could not refund me and WingStop would not respond to my phone call. When I did get someone at wingstop an hour later they said they would give me a refund. Then they called me back and asked for a picture of the incorrect food, which had been thrown away a while before. No refund or replacement was ever sent. They said they would call back and never did

Food was decent forgot part of my order

they forgot my ranch AGAIN

good but arrived cold

Trash.

Forgot my drink

They didn?t give me my ranch or my soda

It was bad, very bad !!!!!

Food was good just a bad and very rude driver.

great food, great service, fries just a tad soggy.

They forgot ALL of the sauces, so we had plain wings and they were sitting in a pile of oil.

Food was cold

I got the wrong sauce. It was upsettingly spicy, which is cool if you want that, but I did not at the time.

Food was super cold by the time it got here.

The food delivered was wrong, missing or cold.

Love their food!

Excellent flavors and prompt service!

The restaurant messed up

Order canceled long after order was placed.

It was terrible worst wings I?ve had in a long time the wings was gummy

Never got it. Eat Street was unable to make contact with WingStop.

A couple items were sent incorrectly otherwise food was tasty

super dry and crispy chicken - thought i was eating bone sometimes. not sure what happened there. delivery guy sorta took forever (saw him in parking lot before i realized it was my food guy). there was a note helping him know which storefront - its a strip-mall

Food was great! Only got two sauces, but I think that was the app's fault, not yours.

They forgot half of our order

Quality of meat is not good, the sauces or subpar. Buffalo wild wings there?s much better options, we chose this place because it was a badger game and Buffalo wild wings was too busy. Once wings over Madison opens back up I would choose them over this place as well.

Wings were not good. Fries were the best part of the meal

Got wrong sauces

The food was find but the delivery was so slow everything was cold and the soda was flat. I've never used eatstreet before and I don't think I will again

I hadn?t had wings in so long and these were so perfect! Delicious! Made me very happy!

Food arrived extremely cold

Absolutely disgusting. My fries were soggy and I had asked for extra crispy so that wouldn?t happen. The coke was warm and flat and tasted weird, almost like diet.

Did not complete my order

Meh food, didn?t taste like advertised flavors

Was ok forgot ranch

Forgot multiple items and did not get any reimbursement

Missed stuff, workers looked not

Excellent!

Received the incorrect order. Though it was very nice to receive an immediate credit

Delicious and hot! Great food and flavors!
