Hubbard Avenue Diner

I was very disappointed to get my cheeseburger in a box and also the salad in another box. I had to scrape the burger off the bottom of the box before putting it in the bun. The bun itself was in a bag and was fine. I am not a fan of eating my dinner from a box and having to scrape the food off the bottom . The order also was missing a side of coleslaw that I had ordered.

Thanks Hubbard diner . I enjoyed my Eggs Benedict very much.

Food was great and the carry out packaging was excellent. Everything was separate so things didn?t get soggy.

The food is always fantastic but part of my order was missing.

The Hubbard is fantastic each and every time, dine in, carry out or delivery.

Missing a side Salad, again. I didn't report it because I had already reported how the food arrived late and was ice cold. I was compensated already with a reward so that made up for both but I thought you should know. This is not the first time Hubbard has forgotten something when I've ordered but normally I like their food enough to try again.

The food from Hubbard Avenue Diner was delicious. The service from Eat Street - which has been reliable until recently - was awful. Lately EatStreet has accepted my orders and then cancelled them so we have to use another service to get our food. on the 25th our order was accepted and prepared within the estimated time (35 to 45 minutes) however, after an hour, no one had come to Hubbard Avenue to deliver it to us. I went to pick it up myself, but as I arrived at the restaurant the app finally updated that the food was on the way by courier. When I got home the food was there. I am becoming very frustrated with EatStreet. It has been my go-to service until recently, but other services have been more reliable and communicate better lately. Great Food. Lousy EatStreet service and communication.

Food from Hubbard is always delicious. Food was still hot upon delivery!

The food was very good and was delivered on time. The carrot cake was excellent.

I ordered 3 Pancakes, a Grasshopper Brownie, and a slice of Key Lime pie, all of which arrived correctly. However, I also ordered a Smokehouse Hickory Burger and was surprised to open the order bag and find what appeared to be a gluten free Dairyland Cheddar Burger. We ended up salvaging the burger with a couple toppings we had at home, but I am now worried for whomever was supposed to receive the gluten free alternative and hope they aren't severely allergic. Quality of the correct food received was decent, so I will likely be trying this place again in the future and hopefully the service in person is better than what we got through delivery.

The turkey dinner was missing gravy and the meatloaf was missing sauce.

Horrible. Very late and not complete and poor customer service.

Takeout order did not include all items ordered online. Missing ham & scalloped potato casserole. Quality of other items was very good.

OVIOUSLY, THE ORDER WAS LEFT ON THE COUNTER FOR AN HOUR BEFORE IT WAS DELIVERD. SANDWICH WAS COLD, FRIES WERE COLD AND SOGGY AND SOUP WAS COLD AND MUSH. YOU BASTARDS!!!!

The portions were perfect one order was enough for two of us..the mashed potatoes were the real thing and I could tell right off. the key lime pie yummy ...we enjoyed the meal very much Ruth Bewick

The food was cold ? the coffee was super strong? and there was no options of Condiments.

Food was good, but a bowl of chilli was left out of the order, and the food arrived 35 mins after the original estimate. Eatstreet resolved the missing item quickly.

Missing 2/3 of the order, fries were packed on top of cooked onions and were mushy and didn't taste very good. The food is always good in restaurant but delivery is always bad because I'm sure it sits for a while.

One of my favorite restaurants left me disappointed. I ordered the Sheldon, the dinner I almost always order when in the restaurant. The sandwich looked great. I'm glad the used black bread, but there was no thousand island dressing on it, like Reubens have. The waffle fries were well done the way I like, but not crisp at all. They tasted stale. No condiments were in the bag, including napkins. I thought there would be packets of ketchup. I just stopped eating the fries, and threw them out.

My order was incomplete. They left out the mashed potatoes with the turkey dinner.

Food was great and the service was fast

The burger was cold and was supposed to have bbq sauce and it didn't and the potato was supposed to have chives and it didn't and Maybe it was supposed to have sour cream (I can't remember) but it didn't and it was cold.
