Poke It Up

I love Poke it Up, but by the time my food arrived, I had to throw it away because the driver took two hours to deliver it.

Salad base allowed it to be a keto friendly option! I'll be back!

Great, I was surprised that it was a bike delivery person on a 90 degree day. Hope eatstreet is paying them more!

Food was awesome. I do wish I had the option for shredded carrots. I also did not realize that the tofu would be inari style. I thought it would be white tofu, but it was still satisfactory.

I attempted to order on Eat Street after Poke It Up was closed but there was no clear indication on Eat Street that the restaurant was closed. I arrived to pick up my food and realized the restaurant was closed. I assumed the order would cancel and ate somewhere else. My food was prepared this morning and the restaurant called me to let me know the food was ready (and the restaurant didn?t get ahold of me until hours after they cooked the food). I attempted to cancel with Poke It Up. They said call Eat Street. Eat Street said I couldn?t cancel because the food had been prepared. I mentioned to Eat Street customer service that it should be more clear on the app when restaurants are closed and the employee ignored me and said, ?Is there anything else I can help you with?? I then asked Poke It Up for the order to be redone because hours had gone by since they cooked the food. They refused the offer.

Food tasted very odd. Idk if I just didn't like it or if there was a ingredient quality issue. I got nervous about getting I'll so ended up tossing it.

I?d never eaten here before and was very impressed with the quality of the ingredients used and how customizable my dish was. And they have Ramune soda! I can?t wait to eat this again.

Couldn't finish my meal - made me sick

Make sure the soy sauce packet isn?t stapled through, that was not a fun mess. Otherwise I?ll be ordering here again.

No soy sauce, no silverware, and the driver, while a nice fellow, never follows delivery instructions and seems to prefer confusing and unnecessary phone calls. Food is incredible, but actually getting it is such a pain I'm unlikely to order again.

Got to my house in literally less than 10 minutes it was insane. And the spicy bowl I got was so good.

I love love LOVE this Poke restaurant! They get my order right every time! And the portion size is great I like getting the large because it?s enough to save a bit for later!

I was disappointed by the "greens" in the poke -- it was just iceberg lettuce. Also, I thought the tofu was skimpy -- strips instead of big chunks. Will probably go to other poke restaurants in the future.

Poke it Up was great. The food was amazing and the person delivering it arrived a good 20 minutes before the earliest arrival estimate

The portion sizes were the perfect amount. All of the ingredients were super fresh and well prepared.

This arrived in less than 15 minutes when the estimated time was 45minute to an hour, which was amazing! Quantities were massive and delicious. The spicy aioli was a little on the heavy side, but overall my poke bowl was tasty!

Phenomenal, perhaps the best poke place in madison (certainly a contender). Large portions, good prices, and good quality fish (and other ingredients but fish is the thing I'm most concerned about in general)
