Chicken would be better if shredded vs. huge chunks.

The food was fine, but they were not good with honoring dietary restrictions. Asked for vegan queso but got dairy queso instead, and the burrito came with dairy cheese on it when I asked for no cheese.

A little spicy, but delicious!!

Our dinner on Friday was missing ALL of the salsa we requested, as well as the side of black beans. Yeah, it was rush hour on a Friday, but still... The sauces are what make the food special. Please don't leave them out again!

Excellent! Our first time. Easy to order those family meals. Lived it.

The chicken tinga was anything but. My nachos just had giant chunks of cooked chicken with no seasoning. And there was more chicken than chips so the ratios were just weird. Very disappointed.

Everything at Tubbs is always excellent. The food, margaritas and service. Even take out is delicious! We really appreciate all of the vegan options too!

My sons said there was an unusual flavor in the rice, kind of hand sanitizer? I did not have the enchiladas but they are not picky eaters and I was surprised by the comment.

Food was sub-par compared to eating at restaurant and there was an Additional Fee that exactly matched the tip I gave the driver, seemed excessive and will most likely make me think twice before using Eat Street, after many years of using this service.

Good food, but only ordered 1 bag of chips and was charged for 2 and received 2. Wouldn?t be a huge deal except only 1 person here can eat the chips so the second bag was wasted. Would like a refund for the bag we didn?t order

One item was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and received a chicken one. The order was for a vegetarian who could not eat what was received. Eat Street?s solution to the problem was to provide a coupon for less than half of what the item price was.

Food was turned upside down in box, cold, and bland. No salsa, sour cream on the side.

Food that came was good, but they forgot my chips and salsa that I paid for.

An item ordered was not included. Did not know until driver already left the business. A call to substitute an item would of been appreciated.

Veggie enchiladas, burrito, and tacos were super delicious! Would 100% order these items again! No complaints... filling portions and the cost is reasonable.

The restaurant sent an incomplete order. When I called to follow up, they said they would refund the items they didn't send. They charged me the full amount and never refunded.

The order was 2hrs, 45 min later than originally posted, the order was wrong, requested a burrito bowl, got a burrito, requested extra salsa,, it did not get delivered.

Missing our chips

Not good. We ordered an entirely vegan meal and there was shredded cheese in a burrito and dairy queso.

Had to actually drive to the restaurant due to food never arriving. Once we ate, food was amazing.

Really good brisket burrito bowl. Their guacamole and chips are exceptional and fresh.

Not great - definitely not what it used to be. My food wasn?t even hot.

They gave me vegan queso instead of regular but I ordered regular and I did not realize until I got home :(

I should have read the reviews. My order was incomplete; the food was terrible and cold. I will say EatStreet was on top of it and refund me the preliminary order.

Asked for specific accommodations for food allergies (dairy and avocado) and they were noted on the order slip, but then the food was made with all of the items that should have been removed. All I could eat was the chips and salsa. What a disappointment.

Food was good but part of my order was missing. I ordered quac and chips but didn't get the chips.

The food arrived an hour and half after I placed the order and they left off the sauce on my wet burrito. Not worth the free delivery offer after paying $30+ dollars total for a late meal that was incorrectly prepared.

Our order was wrong- didn?t get half of it and then only got one kind of meat when we paid for two.

The food got to us quickly and was delicious as always.

I love the taco salad and have ordered it repeatedly. But, there was a huge chunk of fat in the last bite of pulled pork that was gross. I only mention it as an exception, so Tex Tubs could do more quality control.

Asked for no black beans, yet received food with black beans all over it.

Food always tastes great. Was missing parts of order such as queso sauce which was a big part of dish. Very disappointed this time ordering

Food tasted good but was delivered COLD. The nacho cheese for the nachos was in separate container and was cold and solid. I had to microwave all food. The EatStreet app said ?your food is 3 minutes away, and then was delivered 25 minutes later. Delivery person said he has to stop somewhere else to pick up other restaurant?s food for different delivery, and that delayed mine from being delivered. It would have been ok if it was at least warm, but was not.

We didn't receive the drink that was supposed to come with the kids meal.

Arrived cold!!! Tired multiple times to get a refund & NO ONE would help me. Awful, awful service!
