Food was very good but wrong food was delivered. Restaurant found a driver to deliver. They remade our order and sent a couple coupons. Problem solved.

Salmon salad tasted fishy and the chicken on the pasta was burnt and dry.

Cold fries, missing drink, chicken that tasted like fish, change in size of sides, and change in prep of sandwiches. We have ordered and eaten here many times, which we have always really enjoyed. There is something going on here that does not bode well for this restaurant. For the amount of money we spent for this meal, this was the final straw. Stop ordering and start cooking!

Burger was so overdone it was super dry! The potato side was excellent! Salad was a nice mix but Sherry vinaigrette was just bitter!

It was just OK. Food was barely warm, chips were greasy. Dessert was kind of basic.

The delivery was on time. The food was ok. Pretzel sauce was not as described. Popcorn chicken was mostly skin and very greasy.

Food was very good and delivery was as quick as can be expected. We did not get silverware with our delivery making eating mac and cheese a little difficult. We also ordered drinks that weren't delivered. I sent an email and was quickly refunded for that.

Never stop providing the Brussels Sprout salad? please!!! It is so flavorful and satisfying. A favorite dish of mine anywhere.

I was not a fan of the waffle potatoes so I didn't eat them. The top piece of fish was good; the bottom piece not so much. The bottom crust on the fish had just turned to a greasy mess. I think I was expecting a serving of traditional coleslaw instead the small taste. All in all - not worth the money too me.

This was not good food. Not only was it cold, but the sirloin sandwich was garbage. The fries were edible. They also left two sodas off my order.

This was honestly one of the worst experiences I?ve had, though it is more on the restaurant than EatStreet. I ordered a burger, two orders of fries and a brussel sprout salad. The burger was not included in the order. Everything else was cold and soggy, I couldn?t even eat the fries or the salad. I am super disappointed about this. I reached out to EATstreet and they did give me a refund for the burger because it was missing, almost immediately after I submitted the complaint, so I appreciate that. Will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

No utensils. No salad dressing. Ugh.

Ordered 2 salads, one was great, one not so much. The one salad had the dressing on the side, the other was added in already. There was way to much oil in the dressing that drowned out any other flavors and ruined the couscous. Would order dressing on the side next time and likely would not get the salmon salad again.

The curds were not the usual curds. They may have changed the recipe.

Their food is regular but importantly customer service is disappointing. This most recent trip, 20% of my order was missing. We drive over 20 minutes for pickup and when we notified them, just the meal is comped. On the surface that sounds fine, but they just left 20% of my gathering without any food or a 40+ minute round trip to get them food. Simply not charging me to make my evening harder, isn?t good enough. At least offer a ?10% off next time you come? to entice me to overlook the mistake. It?s not their first service misstep I?ve experienced; I won?t be back.

Food was bone cold and the waffle fries were mostly little bits and pieces. Fish was ?wet? and all the breading fell off. Normally, the food at this place is good, must of just been an off night

The curry pickles are very yum. Everything is yum.

Great food. Was incredibly surprising. Probably one of the best restaurants in Madison. It?s like they have a Magellan star chef in there or something.

The juicy Lucy burgers were delicious!

it took way over the estimated to deliver. Like twice as much. I believe they didn't have driver enough so after i open the container all the food were soggy and not eatable. I wish EatStreet can say there is a delivery issue before I order the food.

After waiting an hour for my food - they delivered the wrong items. I ordered a Reuben sandwich and got a salad. When I asked support to send me a new sandwich they said "we don't do reorders" so I was stuck without dinner after an hour and a half of waiting.

Anything fried was bad. (Fries, curds). I think that?s just what happens with delivery. Burgers were good though.

Omgoddess, TOTAL yum. Best Mac and cheese ever. And the burger and Reuben TO DIE FOR. The salad was a fork sensation of crisp and sweet and savory. Just what was needed. The sauces perfect and the sides (pretzel and cheese curds) shareable and totally wonderful.

The burger was squashed, the top of the bun slid off making for a sloppy mess

The burger with crimni mushrooms and guyere was the best "mushroom and swiss" burger I have ever had!

The Pear Walnut Salad with salmon was excellent as always.

Plenty of food for the items I ordered. Very nice salad, could have used a little more dressing, but I had some on hand so not that big of a deal. The salad was large enough to get two meals off of & the great tavern fries was big enough for 3 people. Everything tasted great.

Cheese curds were awful. Used to be our go to place for curds. Not sure anymore

The cheese curds came sitting in about four tablespoons of oil and were more or less inedible. All of the food was not very good, fish and chips and fries were also very oil soaked. Thought pulled pork on the Mac and cheese was too sweet and gross. Wouldn?t order any of it again. Paid $35 for food we ended up regretting even eating.

Food is consistently delicious...love the new options. Texting for touch-free pickup doesn't seem to work anymore.

I have yet to hear from eatstreet.com or a manager regarding our terrible experience with eatstreet. Replacing order, got a confirmation, and waited oh, and waited, and waited... I finally called to find out where our order was only to be informed that is has been cancelled by eat Street. They tried to blame it on the restaurant. Figures! Anyway, they canceled our order without ever bothering to contact us and let us know. What poor oh, poor service! As I mentioned in my comments last night we would never order through this food service again. And we would never recommend or refer hour family and friends is this service. In this day in age of covid 19 (not to mention Social media)and people desperate for work you think would bend over backwards for their customers. This was not the case! Very disappointing experience!

This was the first time picking up food from there and it was absolutely delicious! We will be back!!
