This was one of the best seafood boils I've had in quite some time. The flavor was delicious and potent without being overwhelming, and none of the seafood was overdone or underdone. Even ordering delivery, the food arrived hot and even included food-grade plastic gloves so I didn't need to get my hands dirty cracking open the crab legs! It is this attention to detail and care for their customers that will definitely have me coming back for more.

I've liked Seafood Boiler in the past, but this time my food showed up cold. This order contained clams so I was concerned about whether it was safe to eat, and I eventually decided against it.

The sushi was really good - I was disappointed in the teriyaki, it's usually pretty yummy. Shrimp was overcooked and tasted old. Might have been an off night

Chicken was undercooked

The chicken fried rice was very soft and over cooked with no vegetables and an unusually high amount of eggs. The taste was not what I was hoping for since so many people recommend this place to me and my partner. The veggie sushi rolls were mediocre as well :/

They way they treated their customer was so disgusting and very disrespectful. I had hair in my food and all they could offer me was 5 dollar coupon. Will never order thu them again!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Best "fast food"/"non-fancy" sushi in madison. Basic rolls leave me feeling full. When I ask for no cucumber, they've never forgotten to take out the cucumber.

I?ve had a couple of bad experiences with this restaurant but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt...they didn?t add my clams with my order twice now!!!Previously they ran out of sausage...another time my daughter got a stomach ache and the runs!!! I?m done!!! There needs to be some competition in this town on good seafood then maybe they will make folks experiences BETTER for they?re hard earned money!

I ordered crackers and salmon for an appetizer, I didn't expect much, but it was literally 5 crackers with so little salmon I was surprised. This was 7$. Im sure they have good food. avoid this at all costs.

My favorite place to get shrimp and crabs in Madison when I'm missing the east coast.

Arrived at the restaurant as we were visiting from Chicago , the sign outside displayed to order online via eat street . I sat out front and ordered our food. Just about $70. I received a confirmation that said about 30 minutes, so we parked and paid the meter out front and went for a walk. I got an email stating my order was ready, we walk back to the restaurant and I am now being told they don't see my order and never received it. They asked my what I ordered and the confirmation number , I showed them the email as well as the confirmation email. After about 5 minutes the person working behind the counter tells me that I can cancel my order and just place another order now. He gave me the number for eat street I contacted them and spoke with someone who Indeed said my order was confirmed by the restaurant after placing it . The man still argued he did not see my order. The person on the phone explained that I ordered and it was confirmed by them, she then went on to tell them my order and boom! They started working on my order. And I was not charged again being I already paid . The man working was trying to get my to cancel my order through eat street and pay and place a new order , but when I called she easily told him my order and he made it . Very poor customer service and ordering service .
