Nitty Gritty - Downtown

Absolutely delicious food! And I love using the tracker so I know when to meet the delivery driver at the main entrance of my apartment building.

Cheese curds with Gritty sauce... always delicious! And the BBQ chicken salad is probably one of the best salads I've ever had!

Good but wrong order - I asked for no onions and with bacon. I got onions and no bacon. So I paid extra.

i had requested to have m,ayo on both sides of the burger, there wasnt any mayo on it. Then for the driver i told them to buzz in so i can let them in, but instead, they wanted to be lazy, this is why i dont tip drivers if i havent gotten them before. But however, the food was good.5 stars on the food, 3 stars on the service.

Nitty Gritty staff provided great customer service over the phone, and the food was tasty as always!

The fried chicken and waffles used to be my favorite, but the last two times I've ordered, the quality has been poor. Overcooked chicken and undercooked waffles. Won't be ordering this again.

The food was weirdly cold

The strawberry& pistachio salad with grilled salmon is one of my favorites & I frequently order it.

Our requests to leave out the peppers from one sandwich and bacon from the other were not honored. We removed them and the sandwiches were satisfactory.

My favorite salad - excellent as usual.

Ranch was missing for the chicken bacon ranch wraps but did have tomatoes that were to be left out. The large order of fries was smaller than what came with the sandwiches. I?ve had better from here.

Food was very disappointing, There was a hair in the condiment sauce, and the food was cold and soggy and little to no flavor.

Ordered delivery because we were at work unable to leave the office and the driver forgot a bag. It's okay but he said he was unable to turn around to get it, there wasn't an extra bag there for him and I needed to call you to do a support ticket about it. Something so simple became a time suck. I called the restaurant and the bag was there that I had to go get. Attention to detail was gone as they did not look at the whole receipt to make sure the order was there and didn't care enough to own up to the mistake. Nitty ended up giving us a credit.

The food was good except the burgers were dead. They had our takeout ready within 20 minutes which was great :)

My order of waffle fries was mostly crumbs and the chicken on my cobb salad was almost burnt. I've never had such a poor experience here.

Delivery was fast but the salad wasn?t worth the price, my sandwich was made with stale bread that fell apart and the pub chips tasted like the oil had turned bad.

My salad was perfect and just what I wanted. Thanks!!

The food was great! Until I started eating the coleslaw and found two 3? browns hairs in it. It was awful. I threw the rest of the food away. I?ve had generally good experiences with Nitty, but I would recommend revisiting your hygiene policies.

Driver had my food for 25 minutes before delivering (restaurant is max 5 minutes away) and didn't bring half my order (the milkshake). The receipt even had a big sticker on it alerting the driver to not take the meal without the shake. Contacted eatstreet, said they'd process a refund for the missing item.

I loved my Raspberry Chipotle Burger. It arrived on time and at a perfect temperature. The driver followed all instructions to a T and I am incredibly satisfied! The perfect pick-me-up on a rainy day!

Delivery was quick. I ordered lunch and had chicken strips and cheese curds. Both came still hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

Salmon Sandwich was very very dry. The lettuce had gone bad. I will never order again.

I ordered the cobb salad and requested no hard boiled eggs and no onion. It came with both. I ordered and paid for extra salad dressing and it was not included. No napkin or fork was sent.

Reuben was flavorful & coleslaw was crisp & fresh.

My food was 1:30 hours late and the food was really cold poor service and craftsmanship

I got a cheeseburger and don?t eat cheese so I had to scrape that off my burger. Then I asked for the sauce on the side and it came on my burger which doesn?t travel well and was a mess when it arrived. Also asked my burger to be well done and it was undercooked. Lots of pink. This is the second time in a row I?ve ordered it and it?s incorrect .

They forgot my Honey Garlic Sauce

We were told 30 minutes for our food and it took 2 hours to say it was on its way and then we never even got it.

Food is very good. But ordering online is chancy. One burger came with the toppings and roll I requested. Another burger came ignoring my specific written requests.

Delicious, well packaged and still hot.

The hamburger was cold, the lettuce in the salads were limp, and the tuna sandwich had stale bread and soupy tuna and no tomato. Disappointing overall for the price.
