Sushi Express

Does it get delivered quickly? Yes. Is it edible? Yes. Is it everything you hope for? Not so much. They apparently don't have red sauce at all for crab rangoon or anything else- only eel sauce or duck sauce (the packet kind). The crab rangoon themselves are a bit sad with the filling. The edamame are unsalted. The sushi rolls are the best part. Hence 3 stars,

I love this restaraunt's food.

The food was good (albeit cold) as the restaurant made it right away but the order took 1.5 hrs to arrive. Chatted with an agent at 1 hour for help who said my driver was just assigned but still took 30min more when it is a 5min drive. Food was thus cold. Coupon was not comparable to money lost to the food.

Love it so much that after bragging to my kids, got the same order to show them what I was talking about. They loved it also.

Deliveries are consistently later than recorded or stated upon order.

I did not recieve the Eel sauce that I paid extra for. The rest of the meal was good.

I found hairs on one of the sushi pieces (the tail of the shrimp tempura). I threw that part out. The rest of the sushi was okay, but not great.

Food was delightful. Delivery is still subpar. The driver was great, they went to the apartment side of the building not the retail side where I am (two different addresses) and was kind enough to reach out to me and travel to the correct side of the building

Amazing and delicious per usual. Probably the most affordable and best sushi in madison for its price. I got a spicy tuna roll and an Alaskan roll and it just truly hit the spot. I asked for a cucumber wrap and avocado inside my tuna roll and it was a great adjustment. The Alaskan roll tasted great with a drizzle of eel sauce and a dip in soy sauce. It was pouring outside, and although I had ordered takeout, they graciously let me sit and wine

The sushi was fresh and delicious. We tried the crab salad. It was a wonderful treat!

Very disappointed this time. I am ordering frequently and this time the vegetables tasted old. Edamame had many brownish parts, the tempura tasted old, miso soup watery. Sou Usually looked forward order there now consider not to any more.

Took 2 hours. Called the restaurant and they said it was just sitting there and no driver had come to pick it up for an hour and a half. Contacted support and they couldn?t do anything. Food went bad and made me sick. Waste of 30$.

I order from this place an almost embarrassing amount. It never disappoints and is always delicious. Also maybe one of the best spicy tuna rolls!!!

I didn?t receive the right order, but the worst part is the customer service part. I have talked to two agents who have not been able to provide me with a refund and now I have to wait even longer because it needs to be escalated?? I provided the photo evidence that I didn?t get the right photo and the agent wants me to send a photo of food i didn?t receive? How does that make sense.

I didn't actually finish it. The three rolls for 13 bucks o orded had no flavor and the fish didn't seem fresh and the special roll I orded which is a sushi staple was absolutely disgusting and tasted like it had a chemical in it. This was after I had to do my order twice since the first order was delivered to the wrong address

They made me wait over a hour and never gave me my food and wouldn?t give me a refund.
