I ordered the miso ramen to go. It was ready by the time suggested and they had the noodles and veggies separated from the broth so that made everything super fresh.

Consistently yummy versions of many Asian favorites: dumplings, buns, fried rice & udon. Love it!

My food was cold, and the udon noodles were really mushy. Flavor was bland.

The sushi roll was quite small in proportion for the price. The gyoza also were small. With the prices, taxes, fees and tip, it was a very expensive small dinner. I would not order again.

Sushi was amazing, but the chicken dish was not good. Only recommend sushi.

The lunch bento box was OK in terms of taste but the ramen ordered tasted very strange (like something was off in it). There are definitely many other Japanese/sushi restaurants in Madison that offer better tasting Japanese food.

I would definitely order from here again or better yet eat there in person. The sushi and pork buns were outstanding! The cheese curds are probably wonderful if you eat them on site, but they didn?t travel that well all the way to Fitchburg. And the dumpling dough was not as thin and tender as I remember from in-person dining. Order to their strengths and you?ll have a great meal.

Best sushi I?ve had in Madison. I got the scallop and shrimp roll, it was amazing. All the other rolls were very fresh and tasty but that one stood out the most to me.

Had an 80.00 order based on reviews and the food was so disappointing. Meat was disgusting and discolored. Texture strange and all items less than average. Never order again.

Food was food, but deliver time was much longer than anticipated. Food arrived cold and had to be reheated.

I placed an order at ~6:30 and its ETA was 30-40 minutes. After 1.5 hours, I called Tavernakaya who said EatStreet had picked up the order, so it is in their hands now. I called EatStreet who told me that the driver arrived at Tavernakaya to find out they didn?t make the order, so the driver asked if they can remake it and EatStreet will pay for it to be remade and Tavernakaya said no. This explanation given to me by EatStreet makes ZERO sense to me, so i don?t know what happened, but i was never notified in any way ? when I checked the status of my order in the EatStreet app, it said it had been delivered, which it most certainly was not as I sat in the lobby of my building waiting. The order never came after all of this and EatStreet customer service did nothing but say they?ll refund the order ? AS IF THEY WERENT GOING TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY FOR A MEAL THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY NEVER MADE NOR DELIVERED. No one was willing to help or have any care in the world and ~2.5 hours later all they said was I?m not getting my dinner and EatStreet can?t do anything to help. They should have at the very least informed me of the situation instead of just marking the order delivered until I call to find out what actually happened. This was a horrible experience, one of many Ive had lately, and I honestly am starting to consider not using this delivery platform and using others, as i have used it for my 4 years of college and after 4 years, the company hardly wants to help its customers and has HORRIBLE service ? worse than any other delivery service in my experience and I?m from NYC where we use all of them.

Absolutely delicious!

Ordered general Tso?s cauliflower and got steak and broccoli. So, Oder was fouled. Delivery time was unacceptable, almost 1 hour after the order was picked up. I know the map is a facsimile, but the driver seemed lost. So, errors on part of both EatStreet and the restaurant.

I love going to the restaurant in person, but this delivery order fell flat. It was not what I would expect and have come to know from Tavernakaya . Always willing to give a second chance....

I suspect there was a mixup in my EatStreet order from Tavernakaya, because my order was suddenly delayed by 25 minutes and, when the food arrived, it was cold. They also ignored my request for no silverware or condiments. This is really important for me as I don't want to create unnecessary waste when I already have these items at home.

We found that meat was cold and hard compare to the last time we ordered the ramen.

Have ordered from here twice in one week now. The best vegetarian sushi roll in Madison! Had an amazing veggie meal, would recommend to anyone

I ordered our food at 5:34, with an estimated delivery time of 55 minutes. At 7:00 the food was still being prepared. We didn't receive our food until close to 8:00pm. almost 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. I tried to contact EatStreet support regarding the order, but only received the auto reply that they received my email.
