Wonderful food!!!

The food from here is always really excellent!!

Horrible experience. My address number is 222. The police station across the street is 211. The driver kept insisting that 211 was the correct address. I kept telling him it is not and I sent him pictures of what the front of my building look like. Finally he appeared. Horrible.

There were a few issues, the pizza had the wrong toppings and since I?m a vegetarian I could not eat it. I requested the toppings of ham and anchovies be left off but they were not. The pizza arrived cold due to an hour delivery delay. The ice cream on my desert had melted as well. I?d like a credit refund for the items o mentioned.

Absolutely delicious!

The food was terrible. We had chicken parm and chicken cannarella. The sauce on both was so stingy and lacked flavor. Worst red sauce Ive ever had and so little of it most of the noodles were plain.

I GOT THE WRONG ORDER and have not received a response after phoning CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT EVEN A REFUND.

The food is amazing and delicious, which was why I ordered $50 worth of food. I've eaten there before. But the eat street driver delivered to the wrong address so I never got my order.

We didn?t get our order. According to Eat Street, the order was delivered. But not to our address, apparently. I looked all over our neighborhood and the food was not left anywhere. I love the food at Nonno?s but we can?t rely on Eat Street to deliver it anymore. Eat Street was very dependable through COVID, but twice in the last two months, our food has not been delivered. We?re done trusting Eat Street.

Generic- an entire bowl of noodles and barely any sauce. Will not be ordering again as this was a waist of my money!!!! Ill make my own spaghetti next time!

Missing 4 orders of the chicken parmesan and delivery person was rude and wouldn't even provide the receipt. Still. waiting on my refund.

It was good just less and less noodles. I always order no chicken/meat but they don?t give me more noodles. I think that?s lane other than that they pretty good. But if I were in charge I would substitute the no meat with more noodles it?s only fair right?!

Yum! Ordered the pasta carbonara and Mediterranean salad. There was just something about it that was just a notch above any Italian food I?ve had. Great comfort food on a winter evening. I?d love to eat there in person.

Very good food?..but almost no added chicken that I paid extra for?.at least not $4 worth.

It was delicious. I didn?t like the weird smelling chicken or the bread they included with my order but the garlic bread/pizza was so beautiful and delicious. Pretty expensive for the items though. Also the tiramisu was bland taste like water and coffee I give it a 0. But the noodles tomato sauce and garlic bread/pizza was the bomb it was even better as leftovers the next day and super greasy how I love my Italian noodles. Will be back but order I?m person not online too expensive thanks to EatStreet off course with all that taxes and fees.

Outstanding food and service!

Nonno?s dishes never fail to live up to their standards. Authentic and tasty. One of our favorite restaurants in Madison.

The Spaghetti with mussels, clams, two shrimp and itty bitty scallops (I think) was so-so. Very little sauce on the dish.

Paid 17 dollars for penne pasta in tomato juice with like a tablespoon of ricotta. No flavor at all. Not even cheesy.

The food was excellent. Eat street delivery was a frustrating experience. The food had been picked up and it was already after the estimated arrival time, and then the estimated time jumped for 5 to 15 minutes (which it had been stuck at for at least 30 minutes) to 50 minutes. When I contacted eatstreet they had the driver prioritize our delivery, but the estimates need to be more accurate. Food should also not be sitting in a car for over 90 minutes.

My driver delivered food from the wrong restaurant and then couldn?t speak English to fix the problem. Left and came back 10 minutes later with our correct order?picking it up from someone else?s porch!! It was totally cold. Contacted customer service via chat?she was totally unhelpful and ended the chat abruptly without even seeing if I was satisfied with the outcome (which I wasn?t). Just?wow. Because of this, I will no longer be using EatStreet and will just contact restaurants directly to pick up.

Decent pizza but they didn't add the sausage I requested and it was lukewarm instead of hot.

I ordered the lasagna al forno and my partner ordered the arrosto di maiale. Both entrees were incredible and the tiramisu for dessert blew me away. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

We have eaten at Nonno?s, and had food from there delivered on a number of occasions. The food is always excellent and the menu is pretty broad. The portions are good, and the food arrives at the temperature at which is it is intended to be served.

Wonderful food, well-packed. Arrived promptly. We prefer going to Nonno's in person but needed to do a comfort food meal at home.

Ravioli was okay, but I really liked the garlic cheese bread! Unfortunately, this is the second time in less than a month that EatStreet had some kind of mix-up with my food. At least I actually got the order this time, it was just late. Probably switching to another app if this happens again.

Food was great! The cannoli was crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. The spaghetti carbonara was excellent. The pizza was good too. Everything was hot and arrived in 30 minutes.

Great Italian food. It arrived in less than an hour on a Sunday evening.

The food never arrived and we had to be refunded in full. I had to chase it up because according to EatStreet it was safely delivered. Nonno's doesn't deliver, you do, which is why we used you as we successfully have before. Not sure what happened last night besides great culinary disappointment at our house.
