Bassett Street Brunch Club

Everything was good except the mac and cheese because it was packaged poorly. The paper it was placed on became one with the cheese and we were unable to eat it. Very disappointed.

The food from Bassett Street Brunch Club is usually very good. This time was no exception. Their bacon is superb.

I'm usually over the top crazy about their food. This time it was lackluster. The roasted vegetables seemed like they were just steamed, and mushy. I took my meal home after work and finished frying the veggies so I could eat it.

Excellent experience! Food was hot and delicious! Delivery was quick with plenty of condiments, napkins, and utensils.

I only received one of the 2 meals that were ordered. Altho the restaurant said they would make a replacement if EatStreet sent a driver, EatStreet refused to. This isn't the first time this happened. EatStreet will refund but they won't take any additionals steps to get your meal to you.

The driver put the food directly in front of my screen door, so I had to knock the bag of food over to open my door and retrieve it. The food was terrible, undercooked, and I received a wrong order.

There was barely any pork in the pork dish, it looked like it was only a portion of the order, but everything else we tried was good.

Bassett Street Brunch Club served us an amazing dinner! It was challenging finding a restaurant that served Brunch (and one this delicious) for dinner, but that was our toddler's request. I'm pleased to say they did not disappoint. Our pancakes were fluffy and they gave generous amounts of chocolate chips and strawberries. The breakfast potatoes and sausages were perfectly cooked. The scrambled eggs were a bit rubbery, but I can attribute this to travel time from the restaurant to our hotel. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our food and would absolutely order (either in-person or for delivery) from Bassett Street Brunch Club again!

Our meals were fantastic! So happy we found this place while on vacation.

The pancakes were fluffy, my husband enjoyed his monstrous breakfast (The Big Bang) and my only complaint about my burrito was that some of the avocado had gone bad

Food was pretty late compared to estimated time and it was cold when it arrived.

Everyone enjoyed their meal from Bassett Street Brunch Club and they even followed my request to leave off the avocado on my sandwich. Their food is quality, love their options and they were delivered nicely.

My order was cancelled after 20 minutes. The place was open and I was able to call them. I ordered from grub hub instead.

Food seems to be good but spends way too much time waiting for a driver or in transport and up arriving soggy and cold.

Unfortunately some items were forgotten in the order, including maple syrup. I was refunded in ?EATSTREET credit? which I would have just preferred to get my money back for the missing items. The food is usually very good but the finishing touches, like making sure all items are included (including condiments) would make for happier customers.

They don't give you a good amount of food for the money they charge.

Breakfast burrito was very bland no seasoning was used at all. 3 stars because the salad was good

Burnt potatoes and missing item!

It was not the quality of the food that was disappointing, it was that the food was completely cold. This can only mean it either sat waiting for delivery or that the delivery took so much time that the food was cold. It was cold, not a trace of warmth.

Good food, fast delivery, and we'll definitely be ordering again.

Everything was great except for the breakfast potatoes...they were completely burnt.

The best breakfast I have had for dinner in a VERY long time!! Only issue was the toast was icky and the potatoes were soggy but only from the drive Im sure. It was phenomenal!!!

Food was super cold, the donut was awful.

The food was good but 3 items were not received. The restaurant also noted 2 of the items were missing and sent a separate driver. I had to tell them the third items was missing so they sent a third driver. I had the option for reimbursement but I was sending the items to friends who just had twins in the hospital and one of them was also celebrating a birthday.

Burrito was missing eggs and vegetables. Food was cold, took 20+ minutes for the food to go 4 to 5 blocks. But normally really good!!!

Fabulous food and packaged well for travel. Highly recommend.

Our original estimated delivery time was 10:14a. At 10a I received the "put your bib on, your driver is close with your food" text update. At 10:20 she had still not arrived. Soon after that our delivery time was updated to 10:43. At 10:45 the food was still not here so I sent a message to Eat Street. It was 11:00a before the food was delivered and it was cold so it seems like it had been in the car since 10a. We are about 15 minutes from the restaurant so I have no idea what took so long. The drive did sent a very nice text after the delivery with a bunch of emojis but it was a little too late at that point to make up for the late delivery and cold food.
