GPS didn?t locate me, for some reason, so the pizza was completely cold when we got it. Our driver went to a different location. And there?s no way to message the driver and let them know.

Order never arrived. The restaurant was not responsive. I cancelled and order elsewhere

The pizza was delicious.

Not only was the food delivered nearly an hour and a half late it was cold and soggy. Rosati?s is typically great food, just not when the driver takes 2+ hours for delivery.

My salad was not delivered.

They forgot the ranch dressing to accompany the salad I was looking forward to. Dry salad is not appetizing. Would kindly request better quality control before orders go out.

The pizza was excellent. However, it could have been a bit warmer. It also took longer than expected...1.5 hours.

Good but the cheese slid off?I?ve gotten the pizza hot and fresh but never had that issue.

Very late delivery and east street/rosati did not do anything about it. We are no longer a customer to both I wish I can give this a zero

Wings were excellent, the dough bites made me feel sick. I?d recommend just normal garlic bread instead

I ordered the chicago style pie. It was not as flavor-filled as I have had in the past. Honestly, I little disappointing.

My pizza was cold apkn arrival and the dismantled in the box. I recoeved an eat street credit for the purchase.

Thanks for asking. There was a screw up on the delivery - the app / text told me it was delivered when it hadn't been. This prompted me to contact EatStreet Support - they did a good job! - but it also resulted in my walking around my neighborhood looking for our pizza. It arrived later and was delivered at room temp. We heated it up and it was really good! Hope this feedback is useful!

Delivery took 75 min. I don't believe it was the driver's fault, but if a restaurant can't fill an order within an hour, that should be clear before a customer places their order.

Confusing ordering process left me with only one half pizza with my ingredient choices on it. As a result, one half of my pizza was cheese only. It?s unlikely that I?m alone in making this mistake.

I hate being this person. But the food was not good. There was barely any cheese on the pizza, it wasn?t cooked right and I ordered 2 ranches and got none. The breaded mushrooms were so soggy. I had heard good things about this place, but it just wasn?t what I was expecting.

I love your pizza, but I was in the mood for a hot dog. It was really soggy, and just not very good.

I ordered two days in a row from eatstreet this weekend. On both occasions it took more than double the amount of time estimated to get the food delivered, and when the food arrived it was cold. I?ve had very good experiences in the past but not these past few days.

On-line ordering was intuitive and easy; The pickup time estimate was accurate; The curbside pickup itself was easy once I understood I needed to call Rositi's to tell them we'd arrived outside, otherwise I could have walked in but thought it be best if we stayed physically distanced outside in our car. The food - as always - was hot and tasted great!

I ordered a hamburger with garlic bread that I had to pay extra for and didn't receive the garlic bread.

Everything was perfect and came earlier than estimated.

Pizza arrived with all the toppings on the pizza instead of the box this time.

Spaghetti & meatballs is delicious. Highly recommend.

The driver left the pizza outdoors on the ground. When I picked it up three big black bugs scurried away. This has happened before and I complained. Frankly, I'm tired of dealing with this delivery issue, never knowing if my order is going to be ok or something I'll regret. I've been a longtime, frequent patron of Rosati's. but tonight I tried someone else.

This was by far the best delivery I've had in quite a while. A little pricey but worth it for the food!
