Wonderful and from order to delivery was fast and correct.

Canteen is usually terrific. The food was cold and disappointing this time.

For the 3rd time in a row there was either an item missing from our order or the order was wrong. When I called Canteen they refused to take responsibility and only stated ?call eatstreet.?

The nachos are excellent. The chips are in a seperate container apart from the cheese sauce and meat. 10/10 I would recommend them

I love the nachos from Canteen and they travel so well because they have the queso and meat separate from the tortilla chips. So nothing is soggy and the chicken is so melt in your mouth good.

Food was good, but because the delivery driver left it outside in below zero weather it was cold. NOT the restaurants fault. The delivery driver didn?t read the directions. They also had oranges in the citrus salsa that I wasn?t expecting. I can?t eat oranges so I couldn?t eat the food.

A bunch of items from the order was missing. We ordered chips and queso, and there were no chips. We also ordered the street corn and that was also missing.

The delivery was great, but there seemed to be something wrong with the cheese on the beans and corn -- it was weirdly rubbery/hard and made them inedible.

Just wish when ordering from a Mexican restaurants, it was a given that you want salsa on your tacos or Nachos or even pico de gall

My order wasn?t correct. I wanted flour tortilla for my tacos and got corn instead and was charged for the flour tortilla. Otherwise food was good.

Chicken tacos were really tasteless; mushroom tacos were a mess, and also pretty bland; street corn was uninspired. Tortillas didn't hold up at all as carryout.

I ordered the Tacos by the Two! I only received one of each! Obviously I was very disappointed since I paid for 4. I?ve been frequenting this establishment for many years ? first time I?ve ever been disappointed

Order was wrong. Ordered flour tortillas with my tacos and cit corn instead.

The food from Canteen is great. The person delivering my food was not. He gave me the wrong order (I hope the other person enjoyed the nachos) and dropped it off to my neighbor's house.

Usually great food, but there was a live worm in my salad

We ordered the chicken tacos, cauliflower tacos, Mexican street corn & a chicken burrito. Everything was delicious!! Can?t wait to order from here again!

Ground beef was selected online when we ordered (to go with nachos) but it was not on the order when we checked the receipt. Chips were kind of hard. The burrito was ok but sloppily put together. Then, our delivery driver did not bother to pay attention to our address. As this is a large apartment complex, this meant going on a hunt to figure out which door to which building our food was left at. I also left a note to not leave the food at the door but to ring the buzzer and we would come to the building door (they stay locked). Not a great experience at all.

Took an hour and a half

We ordered, the order went through, the order was cancelled and then it was delivered at 11 at night after we had already gone to bed. I found it this morning. Just absurd.

Cold and late.

1- order-to-delivery = 1.5 hours 2- one of the items delivered was prepared incorrectly (received chicken burrito when grilled fish was ordered)

Food was cold customer service refused to refund.

So good. We had the cauliflower and brussels sprouts tacos and both were incredible. The churros were amazing too!

Good but unexpected. This burrito has never been spicy but this time it was like peppers had been dumped in.

Not worth the money for delivery, food was cold and soggy by the time we got itbut will eat in restaurant any day of the week!

Food is hot, well-presented, and served fast. Our favorite is the DIY Taco kit.

Driver literally delivered it to a location 8 blocks away (151 E Wilson St). He admitted so through text. By the time it was delivered correctly it was completely cold and my Domino?s pizza was delivered. Still waiting for the refund.

They changed howitzer burrito was made and the queso was not good.

Received food an hour+ after it was marked ready in the app. Staff made zero effort to acknowledge the issue.

Everything was very tasty and on time. I had never ordered from here before and I regret not having done so sooner.

I loved the food, but I didn?t get half of what I ordered. I ordered brisket and got chicken instead. Three other items were not included. Eat Street reimbursed me, but Canteen staff should pay closer attention to the customer?s order.
