Pizza was burnt and the wrong size. Salad had three dressings?only one that was correct.

Asked for ?No sauce?. It?s an option on your menu. A step less for you guys. Pizza had a ton of sauce. Had to toss it. No one could it.

Ordered double crust but only got single crust, pizza and dough knots were both slightly burned.

First time ordering despite the mix reviews for coworkers and it turned out delicious delivered quickly and was still fresh and hot. I recall saying my new favorite pizza place!!

Pizza was a disappointment. Tasted good, but stone cold on arrival and I don't live very far from the restaurant. Stuck to the bottom of the box, dry sauce. Not sure if I got the extra basil ordered, wasn't too much on it. Salad was great. Appreciated the packaging on the Mac and cheese. Didn't care for the chives or onions on top. Super rich, over the top.

Missing items and missing ingredients

The food would likely have been excellent as usual, but the six minute drive from Luigi?s to my door took about 30 minutes. The pizza was cold and had hardened. It was disappointing. Slow delivery. The message that I got right after getting the message that said it was on the way, that said it would now be much later, did not lessen the disappointment of getting cold food.

The pizza is really good...when they get it right. At least 75% of the time, any special requests (like light cheese) get ignored. I've had at least three pizzas that were missing ingredients. The bottom line, this is our favorite pizza, but only when they follow instructions and include all the ingredients you ordered.

Pizzas were over cooked and one pizza was missing a crucial topping.

I chose the vegan option for an order of garlic knots (no Parmesan), but they came coated in cheese. The rest of my order was also vegan and done correctly . I really appreciate when restaurants offer vegan options, but it is very frustrating to pay for it and then have them mess it up so I can?t eat it.

40 mins late and freezing cold. Tried to get a refund but am waiting to hear from a manager ray eat street.

Very poor experience. Have been eating at Luigi's for years, but are sick with Covid so decided to order for delivery. Both pizza were cold and the Fancy salad was in no way similar to what is served on site.

Food was marked as "done" didn't apologize and said the order would be up shortly..20 mins passed.. in total.. Food took an extra 45 minutes and when asked for a time estimate they kept saying soon. Honesty goes a long way as well as customer service..

Eat street doesn?t follow directions that are selected or typed. I have repeatedly asked for delivery drivers to knock and not place my food on the ground and they continue to do it.

Good meal...but bring back the chocolate cake, please.

Normally I love Luigi?s. Unfortunately both pizzas were nearly cold when they arrived which was disappointing. The timing was close to what was estimated but the pizzas must have been ready well before. So it was ?on time? per the estimate, but not delivered on time based on when the pizzas were ready.

Pizzas and salads were excellent as always!

Bruschetta was soggy and cheese waaay too thick. Garlic bread and dessert knots were awesome!

I have always ordered the pizza and it's delicious. This time we ordered lasagna, meatball sandwich and a Greek sandwich. The meatball sandwich was good. The lasagna was SO salty! So much so that we didn't finish it. We saved the Greek sandwich for the next day. We were very surprised when we opened up the wrapping labeled Greek and found another meatball sandwich. I assume someone else was surprised not to have their meatball sandwich. This was a very disappointing meal from Luigi's.

Awesome pizza! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful!

Food was very very good as was the service. Not superb but really good and overall, as usual, Luigis is a great value and amazing asset to the Westmoreland neighborhood.

It would have been nice if I was notified that there were technical problems. Driver claimed food was delivered, however, there was nothing at my front door and my door bell was not rung.

Arrived cold and pizza was smashed into a few clumps.
