Only received half of my order and the sauce that I got was half empty.
Such delicious food! Everything made perfectly to our customization requests.
Always love Paul's Pel'meni. Reasonably priced, tastes great.
Right toppings, wrong dumplings. I ordered a full order of beef pel'meni with butter and sour cream and got a full order of just potato. The last time I ordered from them, I ordered the exact same thing and got the right dumplings with all the wrong toppings. For a place with such a small menu, I don't understand how they keep sending me the wrong thing. I will not be ordering from them again.
This poor rating is NOT about Paul?s Pel?meni! It is about EatStreet. My order never showed up, I was misled when I chatted about my late order, and they have failed to reply to me regarding my horrible experience when I told them a $3 credit was not enough.

Yay! I got just the toppings i wanted!!!
None of the added chili sauce I requested was in the order. Instead i received about 20 sides of sour cream. The main food, was carpeted in layer of curry powder so thick that I couldn?t see the pelmanis. Almsot inedible, remember this restaurant being alot better. Times have changed

Received my food late, it was cold, a box was opened already with food falling out, and I didn?t receive any of the sour cream that I paid extra for. I have still not received any refund.
Food was excellent, but I was surprised by the added fees (not the sales tax), even though shipping was free. What are they for?

Paul's Pel'meni is always great. The menu is small but that's fine because all I want is the pel'meni anyways. Can't go wrong with the potato or the beef pel'meni.

Warm, tasty and plentiful ! Our Pel?meni was delivered fast and hot and full of that comfort food taste that is so welcome! We had three different eaters so three different dishes of pel?meni all perfect, all as we ordered them. Perfect!

Food was good, took over an hour to get here but it was still warm ish so can?t complain too much! We also ordered a half order and a full order but we got 2 half?s so that sucked?
Love the food at Paul?s. If you?re ordering for a group of more than two though, beware. They will not pay any attention to your toppings, only to if it?s beef, potato, or mix and if it?s a half or full order.

This is difficult to do because their food is amazing but I REALLY WISH THEY WOULD LEARN TO READ THE ORDER! How many ways do I need to say NO CILANTRO! NO CURRY!
