Sockeye Salmon Portion (6 oz) Wild-caught Sockeye Salmon from Bering Bounty in Madison, WI. Caught by Wisconsin based fisherman that travel to Alaska for the salmon season. Known for their bright red flesh, and stronger salmon flavor. Great for cooking as a salmon filet. Product is frozen.
Salad Mix (5 oz Bag) This is the same baby leaf salad that Vitruvian Farms sells to over 50 restaurants in the greater Madison area! This salad should be stored in the fridge and lasts for 7-10 days. Salad may contain: lettuce, mizuna, arugula, kale, spinach, and pea shoots.
Pea Shoots (3.4 oz Pack) Pea shoots from Vitruvian Farms. Stores in the fridge for a 10-14 days. Pea shoots come from the pea plant, usually the snow or sugar snap pea varieties. They are harvested as young 2- to 6-inch shoots, including two to four leaf pairs and the immature tendrils. Pea shoots have a subtle pea flavor and a light and crunchy texture. Pea shoots can be used fresh in salads or sandwiches, in stir-fry, or as a garnish for practically any meal!
Frozen Breakfast Burritos (3 count) Breakfast burritos from Chef Evan of Cadre. Burritos are frozen and packaged in a vacuum sealed bag. Reheating Instructions: (Burrito is fully cooked, just needs to be reheated.) Microwave (from frozen): Leave in parchment paper and put in microwave for 3-4 minutes (~1.5-2 minutes and flip, then another ~1.5-2 minutes). Let cool for 5-10 minutes. Oven: Leave in parchment paper. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place burrito on baking sheet and cook for 30-40 minutes. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Ingredients: Flour tortillas, egg, red potato, gold potato, white potato, smoked Gouda, onion, kale, Fresno pepper, vinegar, salt, spices.

Shiitake Mushrooms (1/2 lb) Shiitake mushrooms store best in the fridge in a paper bag and should last about 14 days. Shiitakes are mushrooms that grow mainly in Japan, China, and Korea, which is one of the reasons they are so predominant in Asian cuisine. In Japanese, shiitake means ?oak fungus,? but these days most shiitakes are cultivated. They have a light woodsy flavor and aroma, while their dried counterparts are more intense. They are savory and meaty and can be used to top meat dishes and to enhance soups and sauces. Shiitake can be found both fresh and dried.
Oyster Mushrooms (1/2 lb) Oyster mushrooms store best in the fridge in a paper bag and should last about 7 days. Oyster mushrooms are a species of Pleurotus and they can be found in the wild, growing on the sides of trees. Nowadays they?re some of the most commonly cultivated edible mushrooms in the world. They are simple to cook and offer a delicate and sweet flavor. They?re used especially in a stir-fry or saut? because they are consistently thin, and so will cook more evenly than other mushrooms.
Lion's Mane Mushrooms (1/2 lb) Lion's Mane stores best in a paper bag in the fridge for about 7 days. Cooking: due to its consistency and flavor, it can be used as a seafood substitute in recipes. We like to slice it into rounds and pan-fry it in olive oil or butter, or try ripping it up and making 'Lion's Mane Cakes' by following a crab cake recipe!
