My go to pizza place - always excellent

Forgot our drinks and missed a Caesar dressing

1 hour late, no communication for EatStreet or the restaurant. No way to contact anyone to find out what was going on.

Ordered the chicken tenders salad. Wasn't as good as I remembered, mostly lettuce not much tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. and chicken tenders were mostly bread. Also ordered bread sticks which were very thin and a little overdone. Disappointed.

Everything was burn - hot but burned

I've been ordering from Falbos for over 5 years! Sticks and Pizza are top notch, Salads are always fresh and done right. I would recommend these guys to anyone, keep up the good work!

Driver mishandled pizza ruined.

I ordered before they were open to have an 11:30 delivery because we had a meeting we were feeding. I watched the delivery time slip to 12:15, which messed up my meeting, and the pizzas were not able to be eaten right away because of this.

Was delicious as always. The only disappointment was I requested a side of extra pizza sauce and it was left out :(

Great pizza. Tre Fungo is amazing and my go-to.

Not very hot, but likely due to the delivery person leaving it outside.

Solid pizza came exactly as ordered (with special instructions). It was very HOT upon arrival as well!

3rd time an order has been canceled after 30 minutes. We?ve given up on this restaurant.

Usually very tasty. New hours make it hard to get a delivery and this time they canceled the order after 50 minutes. I think we finally have to find another pizza place.

They took my order but then canceled it I believe the restaurant was closed. I wish it would tell you that right away that the restaurant is closed. I was waiting for my food to come like 20 minutes then they said the order was canceled.

When I placed the order it said the food would be delivered at 6:15, but the pizza did not get here until 7:30. Then to top it off the pizza was fairly burnt and barely warm. A real bummer!!

I waited an hour and a half for my order and even though the crust had been burnt, it arrived cold. I had to heat it up in the oven.

Pizza was burnt and cheese didn't taste very good. Usually pizza from here is great but this was a bad experience

The guys were so nice while I was waiting, I was early. My favorite pizza!!!! And I put a special request and was afraid they might miss it and they didnt. So nice to have a place notice requests, mostly bc of so many allergies.

I think an hour and nearly 40 minutes is too long, but the food was good.

Wrong pizza, wrong dipping sauces

I placed an order and it took 2.5 hours to be delivered. Our food sat in the delivery drivers car for over 1.5 hours. It was cold and tasted like cardboard when we finally received it. Horrible experience!

The food was great - but it was over an hour late and when I called them to ask they said the driver was leaving right then without even asking for my name or address. So how did he know which order was mine?

90 degrees outside and I get a cold pizza. Meat was all dried out. $21 wasted.

I usually bounce between Falbo or Glass Nickel for pizza once a week. Went for Falbos this week as we wanted the stuffed pizza. Feels like a crap shoot on the top crust being cooked. When it is, it's terrific. The sauce really sets in well and the pizza is just great. However, this was one of the raw ones. You might mistake it for cheese under all of that sauce, but nope, it's just raw dough. Going to be a while before we roll the dice again as it's nearly $30 delivered and not worth the gamble anymore.

i was charged at full price with an included generous tip for cold food delivered very late with no explanation. The eatstreet experience is broken and you should order from another service or direct from this restaurant's website if you want to get your food on time.

Overcooked

The employee told me they left the phone off the hook on purpose. Had no way to check the status of my incredibly late order. Thanks for handling it for me, eat street.

Cheese bread is always great. Chicken strips were good but a bit too dry
