Waited two hours for delivery and was lied to twice by Eatsteet customer service about the status of our order. Also, a $24 service charge was added to order and eatsreet would not tell me what the $24 charge was for. Will be canceling my eatsteeet account and using screenshots of my customer service chats to file a complaint against eatstreer for lying and extra $24. charge without explanation.

$30 for an order of tortellini. When it arrived, I hand picked the tortellini out and counted 8 noodles. Broth was cold. Called eat street, they told me it?s Centos issue. Called Cento, they told me Eat Street was late (they were not) and that they?ll refund it. Ended up getting a $6 coupon code. Very disappointed as Cento is my go to place in downtown Madison off campus.

Food was fine. I?ve never had feta cheese and spaghetti before but it was good.

They thought they didn't have our order but the did. They forgot to make our pizza so we had to wait. Then the items we brought home were incomplete. The attention to detail wasn't there leaving a poor experience overall. The food we got was great though!

I?ve been to/ordered Cento plenty of times and this time was just not good. I did not enjoy the appetizer and the pasta dish I normally order was different. I get a gluten free pasta which usually comes as a penne. This time it was fusilli and it was not at all al dente. It was mushy.

The order was delivered promptly and everything was as expected. We've always been happy with the food from Cento, especially the salads and pastas.

Cento never disappoints. We had the 2 pastas for 4. Salad which accompanied pastas was great along with the tagliatelle and the campanelle. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

They switched up the kale salad which is really what I ordered from there for. The greens were different. And I asked for an extra side of dressing and they actually put it in with the greens rather than on the side which took up 25% of the tiny container that they put the greens in. So the $12 salad was probably only worth about 3.50. Sad because they are my absolute favorite to go order and since the pandemic, I?ve been ordering weekly.

Great food. Carried out Pasta dinner for 4 and 2 pizzas. Order ready in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone enjoyed immensely.

Dismissive service and tiny portions. Had to ask for basic silverware and asked for a single birthday candle or equivalent to go with our tiramisu. Nothing.

Waiting for my refund confirmation! The box was checked to leave the mail on the porch but the driver didn?t leave it because she couldn?t get a hold of me while I was sitting in my backyard! Not totally Cento?s fault. I blame some of it on the driver. However, my food was luke warm when I got it and very dry after I had to reheat. I normally love Cento and EatStreet but had a pretty bad experience this go around.

the food was good, but overpriced for portion size in a delivery context. I'd definitely pay that amount for good ambiance and service plus this food. I guess what I was mainly supporting was the restaurant. oh, and the broccolini were so overdressed it was hard to appreciate them. I had to scrape a lot of the sauce off to enjoy them.

Excellent food. Good value. Love the flavors. Highly recommend. My only thought is the larger black pasta containers lid is not very secure. Otherwise it was awesome.

Pickup service was prompt and the food was delicious: mushroom pizza, penne primavera, kale salad, and garlic cheese bread Side note: the full loaf of garlic cheese bread is not kidding around! It keeps well overnight, so get you some leftovers!

The food was great, time estimates were very far off though and it's unclear whether that was because of EatStreet or Cento. Because we walked there we were standing outside waiting and the food wasn't actually ready until 35+ minutes after the estimated time on EatStreet (with the EatStreet app saying the food was ready for pickup!) and about 15 minutes after they texted us from inside the restaurant saying, "We're just finishing up now." It would be really helpful to allow for texting before arrival to get accurate time estimates -- waiting outside in the rain for 35 minutes was extremely not fun.

Our food was great, our order was just as we entered it, and curbside pickup was so easy. We got the family pack with a pizza and Pasta. It was a great value, the food was good, and it fed our family of 4 with leftovers. I would order again, but next time I might order right before I leave to pick up.

Our order was spot on (even the dressing for the salads on the side). We gave everything a quick reheat when we got home and the food was delicious. We will be ordering/picking up again!

Waited about 10 minutes after pick up time and our ?take and bake? lasagna came hot? I assumed it would be cold to cook at a later time...food was good though
