Topeka Pizza has its own style and flavor ? different enough to differentiate it from some excellent competition that is now established in this city. The crust is crispy, not greasy, and could be eaten by itself. The tomato sauce tastes fresh and healthy, and the cheese has no oil separation whatsoever so no need to siphon off a surface layer of orange grease. All in all, they make great pizza. The bone-in chicken wings have just the right amount of buffalo sauce but the wings are subpar; the drumsticks are good. Can?t go wrong with the pizza.
