Fat Shack - Topeka

Worst experience ever. Never received food. They got the address wrong and wont own up to it. They basically stole 50 bucks from me. I will never have food delivered again because of eatstreet.

Fat Shack never fails to satisfy.

Awesome burger!

The people I ordered for said it was great! I, on the hand, was highly disappointed due to the fact that the small philly cheese steak I had was seemingly without any trace of seasoning. I actually discarded the meat and only ate the bread.

I love fat shack for the days I'm wanting a calorie rich meal. I think the oreos would travel better in a different container but the sandwich was delicious and Bella, my Border Collie, loved the chicken. Her only complain was I didn't share oreos with her. Thank you Fat Shack for those plain boneless chicken wings it helped me be able to share meal time with my dog.

Nasty wilted lettuce and over ripe tomato on my burger!!!

The food that arrived was delicious as usual, but an item I ordered for my mother's dinner was not included.

Eat street was fine. Fat shack was disgusting. Can?t say I?ll eat there in person. My bun was soggy. Gross. The paper literally stuck to the bread. The deep fried cookie was mostly donut dough. The cookie was dry. I ate two to try and give it a chance. The mac n cheese bites looked like they were made with Kraft. I ate one and a half. Ate the chicken strips off my sandwich and the rest in the trash!

Not only was the food just...okay, but half of the order was left at the restaurant. When we called Fat Shack to let them know, they said there wasn't anything they could do about it and if we wanted our food, we could come get it. They said to "call the driver", but EatStreet blocks communication w/your driver 5 minutes after a delivery. There was no recourse. EatStreet refunded the item after we filed under the app for help, but I was so disappointed that the blas? attitude the staff person and the manager demonstrated.

Not what we expected. Half the order was missing and the sandwiches were just OK.

It wasn't horrible but for the money wasn't that great. Also wasn't ready when I went to pick it up and I even gave it an extra 15 minutes past the pick up time.
