The food itself was amazing
The food was phenomenal. However, it took 3 times as long as it stated to arrive. Then when I was tracking it, it said arrived and I looked for 30 minutes when the food wasn't even here yet. When reaching out in the live chat, I was said I was not happy and only got an I am sorry. I have order eat street before and this is the worse experience I have ever had.
Beans tasted like cardboard. They didn?t include my drink.

Worst service ever had! Screwed up our order, did not tell us that they didn?t have one of our items and decided to substitute it with something we didn?t have on our order, and it was something one of our family members are allergic to. When I went to pick up all they said was that it was all there and ready.
I paid for these but was not able to get them cause a family emergency and they couldn't refund me my money thanks.

The food and service at Tacos El Sol is fantastic ! My only issue is with EatStreet?s GPS causing drivers to take seven minutes delivering to a stop that?s only a one minute drive away, which has occurred for three trips thus far. Other than that, Tacos El Sol and their food are outstanding.
