Dickey's Barbecue Pit: Topeka (KS-0135)

I like Dickey?s BBQ. I have ordered them previously and will order them in the future. I received a call from the EatStreet delivery person saying the restaurant never got my order. It was fully paid and I read off the order number. Then Dickey?s said they did have it. So it would be delayed. Also, to no fault of the EatStreet driver, my dinner rolls were received frozen. That is not a literary illustration. They were literally frozen. The EatStreet person told me, ?The restaurant wanted me to tell you to heat up the rolls.?

This place is delicious. Everything was packed and ready to go, even if you have to wait a bit on a busy day, it's worth it. Their staff works hard to keep up with pickup , delivery orders, and their large crowds that come in.

Food was fine but didn?t receive all items ordered

My food is usually amazing, but they way overcooked the fries which weren't waffle fries like it said online. Also, my chicken wasn't cooked all the way, brisket was amazing as always.

The food was terrible. Ordered brisket and burnt ends combo. What I got was chopped up meat with huge chunks of fat in it. I will NEVER order from Dickies Barbecue again.

My order was canceled with no reason given. It made me wonder if workers were not willing to fill the order so they just canceled it. That doesn't build trust or make someone want to patronize a place in the future.

Stale bun on sandwiches, missing most of our sides? the brisket was so dry the sauce wouldn?t help. Best part of the meal was the brownie

Everything was excellent from the brisket and chicken to the sides of potato salad, baked beans and fried okra. Best I've ever had! Complicated order was carefully packed and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into the meal. Thank you Dickey's for not disappointing.

One of the sandwiches ordered was supposed to come with au jus dipping sauce but it wasn't included. When l took the sandwich out of the bag the wrapper was too small & the sandwich rolled out & onto the floor! Wasn't happy.

The quality of food this time was poor. Very disappointed with the meats being very dry and hardly any meat for the ribs that was ordered.

It's a long trip from 'there' to 'here,' so the food wasn't hot -- but it wasn't cold. The quality of the meals was impressive.

Was missing the brisket in both my orders and that was the main reason i ordered upset me some

The food was yummy and delivered very quickly. Will order from them again.

Was 20 minutes late, got written up for coming back from break late. I want a refund.

After around 50 minutes of waiting, the order went from ?Preparing? at the restaurant to ?Delivered? and completely skipped over the actual delivery of the food. The driver was unreachable by EatStreet dispatch. Awaiting refund from customer service who was very nice and understanding.

Great BBQ! The fam loves their original and hot bbq sauce!

It's usually good but this time the potatoes were dry portions were small and I got a wrong side dish.

Didn?t have or come with bbq sauce like in the past. That would have made a difference.

They were out of 2 of the meats in my order. The meats we did get were very dry, like they'd sat until a warming lamp for much too long. I want to be VERY clear, Eatstreet was NOT the issue here. . Tyler, our wonderful Eatstreet driver called me when he reached the restuarant after they informed him that 2 of my meats weren't available. He was patient and friendly as he played middle man, trying to make sure we got a meal we would enjoy. I would suggest that you allow people to review both the food received and the actual driver, especially in cases such as this. This rating should NOT reflected poorly upon our driver.

For a delivery service we were very pleased with our meals.

Horrible because we never because they were out. Poor Brad C drove all the way out there to find out they didn?t have what I order and I ended up canceling. Brad C. needs a raise or something for driving out there for nothing.

I did not get the brownie I paid for. Yesterday it was a cookie. You owe me 6 bucks.

Good Brisket

Food was good as always, needed the option for the spicy sauce on the main order though.

Food was hot, fresh, and tasted good.

I was very upset. I got the 3 meat meal and when it was delivered they was like 2 table spoons of brisket, 2 table spoons of pork and the other meat was the sliced brisket, there was one piece and it was full of fat. I will not order or go there again. This was 2 meals the same way. 37.00 dollars wasted.

The side dishes were good but the chicken had not been seasoned at all and had a rubbery texture, ugh. Never had food from them like this!! Disappointing...

First time trying. Tasted good but the prices were high for not very much food. My order was not complete as my meal was to have 2 sides and I only received 1. I'm not sure if it was mistakenly left out or it was removed by Eat street driver. Suggest you seal bags before you give to drivers.

Great food and a lot of it.

The meat and sides were good, but I didn't care for the sauce. I prefer a BBQ sauce that's thick and a little sweet; their sauce was runny and vinegary. The potato casserole was yummy!

Wonderful Ribs! Sweet sauce is amazingly delicious and they were so juicy and tender... mmm...

Our meat was melt in your mouth. Always good!!
