Los Charros

Everything was really good, only thing I didn't really like was the quality of the meat, very chewy.

My daughter's meal was incorrect. Glad I checked the order before I left. I also ordered a large $8.99 white cheese dip and there wasn't enough chips for it with our four entrees. I asked for chips and he said I had to pay an additional $2.74. I had already spent $63. If I would have eaten inside the restaurant I would have been given the chips. To treat a customer like this is disgusting. He argued with me over and over again. I will never come here again and my family has been for over 15 years when they were El Charro. Also my chicken fajita burrito was really bad, drenched in oil inside.

Unfortunately, i wasnt able to enjoy the food we ordered. We ordered both meals with chicken and were given beef instead. My husband and i both are unable to eat red meat. We called the store and were not offered any help.

We often choose Los Charros since it is close at has superior food. The steak fajaitas have great taste and texture. My wife loves the chicken fajaitas.

Horrible!!! Meat was not drained so crispy taco and taco salad was soggy.

Los Charros, thank you for my recent order. It was correct and everything tasted fresh. I?m from the San Antonio Texas area and this tasted like home. More flavor than East Coast food and no fillers like West Coast food. My delivery person from Eat Street treated my food with respect and kept it all upright. Rob X.

My food was salty and nasty

My chimichanga was undercooked on the outer coating. It was like eating a soggy burrito.

food was cold , beans were like soup, pork chops were not actually chops, and there were tough and chewy.

The food is always delicious with fast friendly service. We eat here often and highly recommend the restaurant and their take out!

The app said our food was delivered right on time but the food never actually showed up. After being told to be patient for an hour I was finally able to cancel my order. I called the restaurant and had them remake my food so that I could go pick it up myself.

This was a sad experience. The food was rather bland. The burrito Jalisco had only 2 pieces of pork. The enchilada suizas were light on the sauce. But the biggest disappointment was the chips. They were rancid. It tasted as if they were likely fried in old oil. They were crisp but definitely not edible - went right into the trash. Too bad because the sauce would have been good.

The chips weren?t cooked very well. My Soft drink tasted like it had bleach in it. I ordered a burrito with a chalupa and got a tostada instead of the chalupa. I requested no guacamole and received it anyway . The shell for my taco salad was undercooked. The last time I ordered from here the food was great. Hopefully the next order will be better than this one.

My meal was Arroz con Mariscos, and the description said it included scallops. I was pretty excited about this, and scallops would justify the price of the meal. There were no scallops. None. If they were out of scallops, they should have communicated this to me and I could then decide whether I still wanted the meal.

The food was excellent and tasted great.

Food was cold. Not very good. Don?t think it?s the restaurants fault. I believe my food wasn?t picked up until after the original estimated delivery time. So it sat at the restaurant too long

Very tasty. Salsa was a tad on the spicy end for us but was still very good.

Didnt like the food at all. Second time ordered fajitas and second time they forgot to put any tortillas in the bag. Wint waste my money again.

Got my order wrong but I guess that's what I get for ordering right before closing time.

Was looking forward to my dinner. Had been craving cheese dip, and crunchy taco's. Unfortunately when it came I had no cheese dip and my shells to my shells to my taco's were so stale they hurt my mouth. Please make sure full order is prepared for pickup. Ordered Guacamole Mexacali and didn't receive it. Shouldn't have to pay for items you don't get. In addition. Eatstreet should check orders before leaving restaurants as we requested in order notes.

Really good burrito. Chips were a bit damp and stale tasting.

The food was good but we were missing part of our order, so that was frustrating.

The food tasted great, but I put in an order for extra tortillas and I didn?t get them. Just the standard two that come with the order normally.

Food warm and tasted ok. I'm only giving 3 stars because every time we order from eat street it quotes us a time when we can expect delivery. It then waits until about 10 minutes before the food is supposed to be there and then pushes the time out another 20 minutes. It then waits another 10 minutes , then pushes it out 10 more. All in all you end up having to wait usually over an hour for food. I would understand if we lived far away from the resturant, but we live probably 5 minutes from the place. It's also a little confusing when our order is picked up at 6:49 and not delivered to our house until 7:40, being like I said, 5 minutes away.
