Conrad's Grill - Madison

Thought the service was extremely fast preparing it and delivering it still nice and hot some of the best fried pickles I've had. the steak wrap was delicious never had one that good. packed full of steak,cheese just how I ordered it.

Food was good. Delivery experience was poor.

I paid 2$ extra for extra bacon on both burritos and there was hardly any bacon in either of them? Also wrote on my bag apologizing for sriracha shortage but the hot sauce replacement was earful. Don?t offer sides of sriracha for an extra charge if you don?t have it. Lastly, I requested mayo gets added and they said that costs extra. It?s not listed as an option to pay extra to add it while it is listed if I were to order the hangover helper. Don?t patronize me if you can?t even get your eatstreet menu properly displayed. I would have happily paid extra, but re bacon issue, I probably wouldn?t have received it anyways.

Chicken was so dry, barely any sauce, kinda gross food really

Missing half of my order. One that came was poor quality.

Food was good but order was missing items. I contacted customer support and they said they would issue a refund but did not.

I always enjoy my Conrad's wrap. The delivery was fast as well.

Food itself was good but it took over an hour and 45minutes to get delivered. It was cold and soggy when it finally got delivered.

My go to place when I think comfort food! The wraps are amazing and best tater tots hands down!!!

The wrap was really good and my special instructions were noticed and done.

I got 2 wraps and the first (my husbands) was so good but mine was so dry. I added ranch from my fridge because it had no dressing (the dweeb) which was in the description. I ordered toppings, which I double checked but didn?t see in my wrap or receipt. Very disappointed.

I?ve never tried before, never even knew they existed! I ordered late so I didn?t have many options. But when I saw the menu for these guys?? I was intrigued! I ordered the spicy ?? chicken. I loooove hot ?? food so i was like ok, let?s see. My nose was actually running lol and it was Delicious!! I?ll def be back!!

Delivery was fast. Wraps were delicious. Fries were a bit cold, but it's Winter, so that's to be expected. They forgot to include my blue cheese dressing, though. A/nd since my last 5 EatStreet orders have had missing items, I took off one star from this review. ***EatStreet really needs to get control of its Quality Control issues.... forgetting an item or add-on every now and then is no big deal. But when it starts to happen every time (like lately), it means the delivery service is failing... not just the restaurants who use it. ***

If you like substantial comfort food - chicken, tater tots, sauces, cheeses featured heavily - then Conrad's is a great choice. Our group ordered several different wraps and everyone was happy and stuffed. The wraps were made neatly, individually labeled.

My sweet Thai veggie wrap and mac n cheese bits were amazing! Great quality and taste

The restaurant never acknowledged my order and after 45 minutes, I had to contact EatStreet. When they couldn't get ahold of the restaurant, they refunded my money, but now I was starving!
