Order was ready slightly later than estimated. But as it was a busy Sunday and the restaurant was packed, they still did an excellent job of getting it ready quickly. Food was good as always.

Was feeling awful, have covid19, ordered delivery. Only to find it wasn't delivery it was pick up. I picked it up, but was disappointed with my meal. Congealed gravy over everything was not appealing.

Parkway was good delivery driver too too long and took my food on a tour around madison before he decided he wanted to deliver it.

This was the third time we ordered from the Parkway Family Restaurant and the food has always been excellent and the delivery times are always quicker than what was estimated. Great service!

Always great food...and plenty of it!

The chicken, though a bit salty, was delicious and still HOT! And the delivery was faster than usual.

Excellent. Wonderful soup. I just wish they would tell what kind of soup (soup of the day) they are sending me. I'm always afraid they'll send me something I can't eat. And the anchovies could be better distributed within the salad. I know that's hard to do, but the first salad I got was perfect in that way. Thanks for letting me know that my order would take a few minutes longer than at first calculated.

Great food as always, quick service as well!

The other day I was prepared to give it 5 1/2 stars because the preparation had been exquisite. I went back and reread the menu because I hadn't expected the anchovies. I love anchovies (with other ingredients, of course) and the Greek salad contained the right amount. Most restaurants just put two or three on top when they include them at all. So I was thoroughly disappointed this time to see and taste that the anchovies were nowhere to be found! And nobody warned me!

The food was delicious! But it was the longest delivery wait in my history. I don't know whether that was the fault of the restaurant. I received no update telling me that I would have to wait more time. The day before, I received two updates telling me it would take a bit longer.

The fries were good, but they sent me the entirely wrong item. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no veggies, they sent me a beef sandwich with no cheese, no bacon, toast instead of a bun, and loads of onions. It tasted terrible.

Food was cold and when you pay that tip,there's no excuse for cold food. And only 4 pieces of shrimp. Terrible

Always so good and the price is right

Food was good and prepared quickly, however delivery person took a very long time to deliver food and when instructions said to wrong unit so person can get into building so it can be left at my door, driver chose to leave food on floor of apartment complex entry vestibule. I am recovering from surgery and had to maneuver a walker to go to main level to pick up the cold food.

Always good, a Madison Icon. My favorites are the meatloaf dinner, turkey club sandwich, chicken noodle soup and any of the pies!

The food from this restaurant is always delicious. Large portions and they are fast! Definitely a go-to spot.

All was great EXCEPT the fruit. It.was not fresh! Their breakfast is always delicious, but will NEVER add fruit to my delivery order again!!!
