We've been trying different Chinese food order out places in Madison and we found this was the best. Things were hot tasted all great and the people they are really care about how we like our special things we get from them. I did not like eat Street because you wouldn't accept my credit card, which was fine. I just paid in cash, but it was kind of a hassle and I got yelled at by my wife!!

Ordered a family size portion of sweet and sour chicken and it was maybe 4 more pieces of chicken and twice the price of a dinner order?

While everything tasted good, the portion size of the pepper steak combo dinner was extremely small. Mich smaller than the last time I ordered a few months ago.

Always enjoy ordering from Happy Wok, the food is always fresh and hot when delivered. Multiple options to choose from on the menu.

What a fiasco! Somehow the exact order I placed in January was placed again yesterday.... Not by me... Delivered to my apartment building.... While I was still working... In the city.... Saw the order sitting in the vestibule. I just left it sit there . After all it wasn't my food.... Called the number back on my phone and they said I placed the order! I did not! Eat street was called.... Hopefully I don't see the $57 plus charges. Don't know what happened to the food. I didn't order it. I don't care.

Best Chinese food in the area!

Received a different soup than ordered, also both entrees had an excessive amount of mushrooms which really overpowered otherwise fine food

Trash everything tasted old shrimp was raw

I ordered chicken and broccoli off the diet menu and it came without any chicken. Also, I told the driver to leave my order at the door and don?t ring the bell. He ignored that and rang the bell and waited for me to answer it. What is the point of adding special instructions?

We order from Happy Wok regularly and the food is consistent in its taste and quality. Honestly it's the only place we've found so far that the food is never a let down in terms of price, quantity, and consistency.

It was delivered on time and the order was correct. The food was good and not over cooked or dry.

After waiting over an hour we called the restaurant to find out that they never saw the email and never started. They said they would prepare it now and would be there in 25 minutes. Oh yea. Offered us a free soda. Eat street said it's not they're problem take it up with the restaurant. Wait.... Didn't I order from eatsteet???! Yes I did! Way to stand by your service and customers. I guess doordash from here out

They did a great job on such a hectic night! The food was wonderful

We ordered the garlic chicken and definitely got something else. I think it was general tso?s, we still ate it, it was good but just disappointed we didn?t get what we ordered. This is the second time they got our order wrong. Other then that everything else we got was very good.

Fried rice was wonderful. Spare ribs were not good at all.

Everything was delicious and we appreciated that the delivery driver called us when he was close so we could pick it up at our apartment building?s front entrance rather than just leaving it outside! Will order from them again!

There are many people with gluten allergies in this area. I couldn?t eat two of three items I ordered. Online menu has no descriptions, like many new ones that have been put up lately for take out and delivery. If they ever update their menu to include descriptions of dishes (including whether meat is deep fried, saut?ed, steamed, etc) I would go back. Otherwise I?ll skip the surprises.

Everything was good except the chicken curry. We've had it many times before but this time it was extremely salty and we had to dump the rest after just a few bites.

Delicious and speedy delivery!

The food was fresh and the portions were generous! Lots of veggies, but not too many ;) and just the right amount of heat! It was super fast, and got back to our house still piping hot (about a 10 minute drive). My only recommendation is maybe a coupon for a free egg roll or something with a certain level purchase would be nice. But even if not, it was great!
