Our wood-fired pizzas celebrate the season with comfort and premium Wisconsin ingredients. Each wood-fired pizza is hand formed and hand tossed to order. Your pie is cooked in our high-temperature dome wood-fired pizza oven to achieve a chewy, airy, blistery golden crust. It's an epiphany in texture, flavor, and comfort. Enjoy!
From the Oven - Steel Pan Pizza
The Lucille Steel Pan pizza is a house creation. We looked to Sicily, Austin, then Detroit and arrived in Madison. This pan pizza is thick and rectangular and baked in a black steel pan, which creates a crunchy golden brown exterior that we further caramelize around the edges with Wisconsin cheddar. The pizza has a lively fresh tomato sauce and shredded brick mozzarella for creaminess. Choose our favorites or pile on ingredients as you please. Steel Pan pies are 8" x 12", 6 slices, serves 2-3 guests.
