Got fried teriyaki chicken instead of Mei fun version and had to wait 15 more mins and I didn't get anything for inconvenience either

My general tsos was literally ketchup nuggets.

We found a hair in the Mongolian delight and the egg drop soup had too much corn starch, the consistency was so thick. We have been ordering food from Happy Wok for almost 8 years, we will be looking for a different place after yesterday's horrible food experience.

The stars are for the polite service and insanely fast delivery. The vegetable egg roll was good. I ordered sesame chicken, orange chicken, and general tso's chicken. I was very disappointed that they were all the same. General tso's had a tiny kick to it but not really that spicy. The sesame chicken barely had any sesame seeds, placed side by side the chicken was nearly identical. The crab rangoon was awful. It clearly had a ton of sugar added to it, I've never had crab rangoon so sweet. Unless you just want egg rolls, I would skip this restaurant.

The chicken for both myself and my wife was inedible!! We threw our $33 dinner down the garbage disposal. This is happening more as time goes on! I think it?s time to take our business elsewhere! I have been a Happy Wok customer for 35 years! This last order was disgusting!

The food and delivery time were amazing! Only issue we had is sauces. Use to getting a sauce with the Rangoons. This may be an issue on my ordering. But food was really good!!

Amazing as usual. We always save Happy Wok for celebrating events like getting A's on tests, or in my case, graduating from college.

They are not fancy food. But they are delicious. It isn't really authentic Chinese food, but it is tasty American Chinese food. And Their delivery is very fast for us.

Our delivery person was SO fast and our meal was delivered hot. Our driver, Rocked!

We ordered Friday night. Right before they closed, my teenage grandson said "gram, remember when i said I didn't want Chinese? my stomach changed my mind." I grabbed my phone, and it let me put in the order. when I went back a few minutes later, it said "closed". I decided to wait a bit to see what would happen. I have been so pleased with this business. They completed the order for us, even though it was closing time (via Eatstreet). We love the food here, the service, the speed, portions, cost is a bit steep but there is a teen in the group, so...LOL.

The last few times we?ve had sweet & sour chicken I?ve noticed chicken is being deep fried just a little too long. Makes for dry chicken pieces!

I have never been dissatisfied with Happy Wok. I?ve done picked up from there also and everyone has been pleasant. Only place I care to go when in Sun Prairie.

The food was eh. Ok. Positive was a good portion. The wontons were hard though. The customer service for take out was horrible. Didn?t care about the customer- which was me at all. I work in customer service and a big thing that people like is when you use their name and correctly. The manager butchered my name and when I politely corrected him. He said oh whatever so I mispronounced your name. I will tell everyone and will not return.
