The food was excellent as usual!! However, the driver did not ring my apt buzzer to get in and deliver it to my apt door. It was delivered to the door of the building not my apt door. I have a Disability and had to limp with difficulty down a long hallway and push my way painfully through 2 very heavy security doors and pull my food bag through a door with difficulty and then get back to my apt. 105. He did not earn the 20% tip I had given him that's for sure.
The food from Grand China was excellent as usual. I very much appreciate the deliverer pressing the buzzer for the apt so I can click him in and the food can be brought to my door. Otherwise if they do not do that I have to go and try to find where they left my food. It's hard to do with a walker.
The delivery process was great, like usual but unfortunately I got a small bout of food poisoning from my order :/
Spring roll has a weird gravy taste to it and the Hunan Chicken had a lot of grizzle..
Tso's & egg rolls were solid. Lo mein tasted... off. Can't quite put my finger on it. Better off getting boxed stuff at Costco. Couple bites and tossed the rest. Soup was missing altogether, but can't be certain if that was a driver or restaurant issue.
Always delicious, only place in Madison I?ll go. Plus they have the most perfectly crispy egg rolls
The fried dumplings were fantastic, we got both Mongolian Beef and General Tso's. I'm picky with my Mongolian Beef and this was better than most, but the General Tso's was very good! We love that the meals came with an egg roll and rice, good portions. Will definitely be ordering again!

Pick up was a mess. It was supposed to be done and ready by 6:37pm, but their were people still waiting for their 5:50pm pick up, I left with my order, finally, at 7:18. The apologies were not stated at all and we were just given a free can of soda for an almost $50 order.

Food was good and she offer to warm up the soup. It was perfect for me.
Added onions when I requested none and charged me extra without contacting me for adding egg to a dish that at most Chinese restaurants has egg in it. Otherwise it was good. Quick preparation, good fried dumplings, egg rolls and sweet and sour chicken.
