The food was prepared well and tasted good. The problem was I tried to order a french toast bagel, which was on the EatStreet menu, and was told they were sold out. When I suggested an alternative of a chocolate chip bagel--also on the EatStreet menu--I was told they were out of those, too. It was extremely frustrating. Then when I went in to pick up my order, I had to wait for an entire order to be taken and made before I could pick up because there was only one person at the register, and they?

They were very determined to get my order right as I had ordered more of a certain type of bagel than they had in stock. They have always been very helpful and provide fast and excellent customer service. My favorite joint in Dekalb.
