Great food and good delivery

Never had a bad meal from el jimador

Additional fees were not explained. The extra sauce was not taken from the restaurant.

Quesadilla was burnt and I specifically asked for no beans and they still included beans.

Missing two items from my order

Food good taste. The only issue I had was the food wasn't hot in temperature. I walked in as soon as I got the alert the food was ready to pickup as I was literally parked in front of the door. I assume the restaurant didn't acknowledge the food ready for pickup right of way and that's why the food seemed like it was sitting for a few minutes.

Forgot one of my items

The food tasted fresh and it was so good! The guacamole was really good!

Food was excellent!

Food arrived quickly and mostly accurate. I asked for no cheese or sour cream on my tacos, and did receive the cheese melted all over them unfortunately.

Food from el jimador was great. The service from eat street was terrible as they didn?t even bring all the food

Food came prepared different than advertised on the site. Food also came cold. I felt sick later in the day.

My order was wrong, my tacos were burnt and I only got a $4 coupon which is ridiculous. It was my birthday dinner and I definitely wasn't happy

The food was SO GOOD.

I've tried eating here on 3 separate occasions, each time being more disappointed than the last. Yesterday my tacos were so greasy my food was swimming in the grease in the Togo container. The vegetables all old and wilted, and the meat just mushy. I ate what I could because I was hungry only to regret every minute of it for the whole day, and into today. I am sick and have food poisoning that I know was from the food here. Very upset and disappointed that I paid 36 dollars for food poisoning.

It was the opposite of what i wanted. I asked for corn tortillas, no beans, no onions and extra lime. I was given flour tortillas, beans, onions, and i was also given the regular 3 lime wedges but they weren?t even juicy

The chicken in the quesadilla wasn't evenly distributed and the patty was burnt.

Service was friendly, food was great. The only reason I give them a 4 Star rating was part of my takeout order was missing. It was a all amount, but it was still left out. But I give them a "thumbs up" .

Food was good but they forgot the tortillas for fajitas that ruined like 4 peoples meals. They were only willing to give a credit for a chips and guac not even to bring out the tortillas. They were nice but fell short of what could have been a great experience.

They brought my meal to my car but my quesadilla was burnt

My order was placed but got delayed for some reason and it took nearly an hour and half for my order to arrive. Also, the menu didn't have kids choices and the menu didn't give options for hard or soft tacos and I got what I didn't want. It's not the restaurants fault, I'm not happy with eatstreet on this one!

first time we had the delivery service i didnt like the 7.00 added to the price however i know this is the tradoff for the restraunt to be with eatstreet.. unfortunately means less of a tip that said i had them leave on my chair in front of the door i asked for flour and i recieved corn tortilllas i wasnt happy abut that.. not exactly like the dine in experience but this was expected food tasted good...

El Jimador was great! Our first time ordering from them. The food looked and tasted great! The delivery took a little longer than expected, but food was hot. So must have just been very busy at restaurant. With food this good, I can see why.

Food was fresh and great! Only downside was burrito was not fully wrapped which meant I couldn?t eat it as a burrito.

The chef did not get my order right. The time before this one my order was also incorrect. I am not very happy. However, a manager I spoke to is giving me a credit on my next meal...

Delicious flavors, well prepared

My food came not in a bag... thrown around... missing items... no utensils or napkins... the two ladies who delivered my food weren?t very polite... this is the worst experience I have ever had with eat street and usually I have no issues.

Ordered for 6 people and didn?t receive part of a meal plus a whole other meal. Ordered EJ in the past and we love their food.

Food was cold and the Mexican fried ice cream was not authentic Mexican fried ice cream. It was just soft serve vanilla ice cream covered in corn flakes and drizzled with chocolate and strawberry syrup. I thought it was authentic, if I had known it was just ice cream coated with cereal, I wouldn?t have ordered it.

Food took over 1.5hr to get delivered. Hot food was cold and ice cream melted into a soup. The avocado salad was basically guacamole with lettuce and sour cream. Small portions of everything. This is the second time my food took well over an hour to get delivered. I will not order from here again.

Missing food items (tortillas)

El Jimador is really good.

Preparation took over an hour and my food was cold when I got it. Also the order was wrong.

The food I was able to eat was pretty good, but I'm a vegan and had asked for no cheese, no sour cream, and black beans if possible. Instead I received charro beans, which looked like pintos in a hot dog sauce, and both my taco salad and fajita sides had sour cream on them. In addition, the bag was soaked with spillage from the fajitas and was near breaking. Fortunately, my Eat Street driver texted that information to me so I would aware and use appropriate caution.
