I didn't get the correct order and items were missing.

Ordered take out over the internet. On Biscuits and Gravy, one Traditional Eggs Benedict. Both very good. My Benidict had nice big piece of ham on each sandwich and the eggs were very large. They must have run short of Hollandaise sauce as it was very skimpy. Excellent atmosphere and modern appointments with generous seating. Have bee here number of times. Always high quality and great service.

My order was incorrect and because I had it delivered there really wasn't anything that I can do about it.

It was bad, i was very busy in my work but after 1 hour and half, I called to see the progress of my order and they said that no one paid attention on my order, my order was not ready, they told me, do you still need it, I was like come on , of course I need my food ,

Took 90+ minutes to receive order from one block away, and it was the most disgusting biscuits and gravy I?ve ever had in my life, with eggs, bacon, and sausage just tossed in the gravy.

Our order took 3 hours to arrive, and was extremely cold when we finally got it. We were missing items from our order, and it was overall not good.

It was okay wasn?t the best. Smoothie was basically a slushie. Bacon not cooked enough. Don?t remember seeing staff having in masks and lady gave me my straw with no gloves on.

Poor service

It came almost 2 hours after I ordered it and once we it arrived it was freezing cold so we had to warm them up. Its crazy you have to pay extra for delivery, a ordering fee and tip just to get cold food.

When my food arrived, much of it had spilled outside of the package and created quite a mess. The food I received was very mediocre, and I ended up not eating much of it. Additionally, the side of soup that I had ordered was not what was delivered. The best part of my meal was the orange juice.
