Papa John's Pizza - DeKalb

Acknowledges orders and then when you call to ask about it manager is extremely rude and hangs up on you. The food was rushed and i didnt even get my order the way i wanted it.

Never got my order wasn't the first time.Don't think i'm ever gonna order from them again

The chicken taste better at 711 the pizza was garbage that was my first and last time eating from there it?s a joke and a waste of 57 bucks for a pizza and 8 wings disgusting

They took an hour to get my order and when I stopped by to pick it up they still had not stated my order.

They just ignore your order, dont waste your time. Order placed at 10:38pm nothing all the way till they closed at 1am till I could get a refund.

My order was should have taken 25 minutes for me to pick up and when I arrived (20 minutes after the set time) they informed me that they had not put the order in so I ended up waiting 15 more minutes.

I did not get the order they said they never received it

I ordered a cheese pizza at 6:32 pm on Friday, July 23, 2021. It never was delivered.

Food was hot and fresh, drover was quick and friendly but I didn?t receive all of those food I ordered.

Took 2 hours to arrive, was slightly cold and wrong items

idk why y?all can never follow directions. well done means well done. not slimey cheese.

Pizza was 25 min late for the SECOND time in a row from this particular location. And It wasn?t the delivery guys fault because I picked it up. Very frustrating.

Delivery was sent to the wrong address despite being marked in app. The driver proceeded to try to use a wrong door to access the building. Poor customer service.

Took 3 hours to get to me and the driver still expected a tip

One of my pizzas had burned crust and incorrect toppings.

This is twice I order from Papa John and you got my order incorrect I want original sauce not barque sauce.

I order a extra large pizza end up with 2 small and had the wrong pizza sauces on it .

The pizza was fine, however the cinnamon roll bites were a tad burned.

Apparently, communications between EatStreet & Papa Johns are slipping. I placed an order @ 5:37, & my order was not received until after 10pm! Called the restaurant, & they said the order never came through! Absolutely frustrating!!!

I LOVED IT SO MUCH. I had a large no cheese w green peppers and pineapple, and it was incredible. I never knew Papa John?s is so good?I just wish you were open later!

It took almost 2 hours for our pizza to show up when they had said it would be last than an hour. This location is right down the street. Pizza wasn?t terrible but the service was. The driver was really nice! I don?t know what happened but they did not even communicate that were going to be late.

The pizza was cold and you forgot my garlic dips I ordered 3 only got 1. I deserve a new pizza compted.
