They got my order wrong. They also never updated in the app that my food was delivered.

Good stuff

Two dishes were missing from essential indgrei

Fries were not delivered, blue cheese was not delivered, pretzel sauces were spilled all over container.

A whole meal was not included in my meal.

Everything was as ordered

The food was really good and the deliver driver was effective and on time

Arrived cold

I blame the food not the delivery.

One of the sauces taste like cleaning fluid and one sauce wasn't what I ordered.

Missing items in order and food was cold when it arrived.

Wings way uncooked not good

Ingredients are not fresh. Made wrong order.

My order was canceled after supposedly being accepted. Not happy!

Awful! The wrong order was delivered and when I called they stated they could not deliver the correct order nor could they refund my money. Nothing that was delivered was anything we wanted and I?d like my $36.06 back ASAP

Food arrived 45 minutes late and was cold.

I placed an order and when I called to say that an item wasn't in my order I was brushed off. The first person answered and transfered me to an Amanda who said there was nothing she could do because it was an eat street order. I understand the refund through the other company but I am confused why we put a sticker on orders saying your order was reviewed if they really aren't and never have a name. Or why a manager wouldn't want to know about mistakes to make her team better. To say you are busy and have a newer staff is understandable but had the conversation had started with an apology it would have made the experience alot better.

I normally love BWW in Sycamore but my latest order was a real disappointment, though they went out of their way to make it better.

It took awhile to get here

Food was likely great if it could have been delivered within an 1hr of it being done. This is the second time this has happened. I will just pick up my order next time

My wings weren?t the right sauce

Received the wrong food for one order, and the second order look like it had been dropped multiple times. Definitely don?t have this problem with Uber eats.

Fast and food was good. Forgot my southwest ranch, but that's not on the the delivery driver. My delivery driver rocked!

Food was good - a bit over salted.

Ordered 10 wings only got 4. Which they did correct however received a salad that was made with brown rotten lettace and was missing all toppings which they didn?t correct due to them saying the menu on eatstreet was wrong.

They forgot my drinks for my kids meals. My French fries were cold and had been sitting for awhile.... not a great meal

Missing sides, and toppings for sandwich. They screw up more often than they get it right.

My delivery driver did not drop my food ogg

Delayed 25 minutes, last time delayed 45 minutes. Out of sauce of one I ordered so instead of calling or texting me to let me know they sent wings without any sauce. The wings that did have sauce were missing a lot compared to the amount when dining in.

I don?t know, ask the person who received my Buffalo Wild Wings...

Cold

I ordered the chicken wrap with a side of tortilla chips. The meal was exactly what I wanted. My only quibble is there seem to be fewer sauces. I loved the honey BBQ, but am a fan of the mango habanero.

Ordered boneless wings and got traditional wings. Also forgot the chocolate milk for the kids meal

All good except didn?t get extra cup of sauce we paid for and couldn?t leave detailed instructions for driver on where the leave food.

The food from Buffalo Wild Wings was excellent but again items from my order were forgotten by the driver.

It was Ok. You really don't get your money's worth. I don't think I will order from them again.

We have not ordered in a year from here because we never get everything in our order that we should get. We will probably never eat here again. This time sauces where not included for the fried pickles and two of the wing orders didn?t have any seasoning on them. Absolutely awful! After eating here many times we will never order from here again.

food was very cold

From the time I got notification it was in its way it took nearly 25 minites to get to me. And then I was missing an item...The cheese curds I ordered as a side with my chicken wrap.

It wasn?t exactly hot!!! But at least we got what we ordered this time !

We ordered chips and hatch queso and they forgot to include it in our order.

I ordered a large, which is supposed to be 3 boxes of wings and got 2. It's not as if they added of the hypothetical third box to one of the owns I got either; the piece count was the same. Very, very dissapointing and completely unacceptable.

Order was inaccurate. Took over an hour to prepare.

I asked for boneless and got traditional. I paid for 24 and got only 16. Yet I only got a 50% refund. I should get a full refund. I waited over an hour too.
