Rice and Salad Bowls
Rice bowls rely on components - white or brown rice, a protein, a veggie, a sauce. Start with a base of cooked rice, and then, select your protein (tofu, tempeh, black beans), veggies (these change based on what we can source locally and organically), and a sauce (these also change each week). Salad bowls are the same, except we substitute an organic greens mix for the rice!
Small batch scones, breads and other goodies - mostly vegan, and gluten free! We do our best to make these not only delicious, but herbal and healthy!
All vegan/vegetarian options, but so hearty you won't miss the meat at all!
