Brickhouse Craft Burgers & Brews

We upgraded our fries to garlic parm and the white truffle fries, and neither of them had hardly any of the toppings/flavor on them that they should have.

The food was good, but not within the window promised of about 30 min... it was closer to 50. I understand how that could happen, especiallywhen a place gets unexpectedly slammed. The young man that greeted me was not prepared to figure out how to check on it nor get it going. He seemed stubbornly arrogant that I shouldn't expect to perform a pickup after I was told it would be ready. So, I waited, and the waitress that stopped by, seeing me and another waiting, had more of a story and a polite request for patience in this rare occasion. She handled the situation much better. Please council the young male greeter on how to handle that situation better... maybe a drink while waiting or a polite apology.?

I don?t like to leave bad reviews for small businesses but the food was not good. Brussels sprouts were overcooked, we learned that the reason no one else ever put mushrooms in a spinach and artichoke dip was because it tastes as bad as it looks. And the bacon on my bat (bacon, arugula and tomato) was thick and hard to chew with no type of bacon flavor to it. For the prices they are charging, should be edible food. We were disappointed.

Always have good food. The only problem was with eat street not the restaurant.

The food would have been fantastic if it was delivered in a timely manner and not ice cold. Brickhouse is fantastic, eatstreet is the problem

Food was cold. A portion of the order was missing.

I left a comment to not include certain items on my meal, BUT they were still included.

Food was good but barely warm, unfortunately.

Go in to eat, getting it delivered will just disappoint you. Fries end up soggy, burgers end up smashed.

Always perfect!! Caveman wings and bacon wrapped jalape?os are our go-to!!!

First and last time I will order from Brickhouse. Malt was completely melted, patty melt burgers tasted like liver very tough and some of the brussel sprouts in the stir fry were completely raw.

I love this place! They always get the order right and read comments about omissions and add-on?s! The Caveman wings and stuffed jalape?os are the bombs!

10/10 Smack-a-lacken tots worth the 10 min on the highway. Only thing was my chocolate shake tasted more like a malt, but was still delicious.

Their burgers are average at best. For a burger joint disappointing. The buns are not my favorite do say he least. The chili was decent but mixing it with the beer cheese soip was a bad idea and shouldn't be on the menu.

Huge portions, excellent burger and loved the fries.

There didn't appear to be very much bourbon jelly on either of the Patty Melts and there was only onion on one side of the sandwich.

The food was terrible. Salad was missing avocado and they didn't remove the onions like I asked them to do.

Food was cold, soggy, lettuces was wilted. It took 2 hours for our food to be delivered. I will not order with Eatstreet or Brick House again.

Honestly, I was so excited when I saw they were available on EatStreet because I was craving the pork tacos. But bummed when it arrive super cold and soggy, had a missing order of brussel sprouts and had one of our shakes the wrong flavor. This restaurant is great to visit but unless my experience was a fluke, I wouldn?t recommend ordering for delivery or to go

They forgot half my order and I was charged over $10 for the missing item then offered a $3 coupon.

Everything other than the onion rings was inedible. I threw it all in the garbage

They sent the wrong food, missing condiments on the burgers, bacon flight was pathetic looking...not worth nearly half what we paid for. Very disappointing.

No flavor. Cold. Overpriced.

The food was good. Delivery driver pressed the shake down on toothpicks to hold it in place, puncturing the shake, which ran out all over the burger and fries.

Everything was colder than it should?ve been. I?ve never seen a patty melt on a bun. There was so much on the bun that it disintegrated in your hand. The salad was okay and with some work might be better. The driver followed directions which made that part of it easier.

The French onion soup was great! It came with the cheese and bread on the side so it didn?t get gross on the travels. The special fries weren?t as amazing as they sounded. Just fries in truffle oil with a little bit of goat cheese. And the Brussel sprouts that I was most excited about were the worst. They were soggy and didn?t have to expected flavor...

After all the associated fees it was $50 for 3 hamburgers. The food arrived on time but the fries were so soggy they fell apart in our hands. The Burger was over seasoned, so much so I got nauseous.

I think the food would?ve been phenomenal, but everything was soggy. My driver was quite late.
