Hair in my ice cream, which of course landed it in the trash and all you did was give me a dang $1 coupon!!!!

I was never notified that my order arrived. And by the time I saw it was outside my order of ice cream melted.

My dad and I both got food poisoning from it.

This place never leaves me unsatisfied. Perfect as a place to eat your feelings or as a special treat for a job well done.

Ordered an ice cream cake for work and it was the best cake ever. A cheesecake named desire. Yum.

Several things in the ice cream and a long long wait

Delivery was fast but I was not impressed with the food. My ice cream wasn?t mixed at all and it wasn?t great honestly. It was also missing ingredients.

The ice cream was fine but it took 1.5 hours to get my order. And it was delivered to the wrong apartment. I had to go searching for it.

Oder sizes were incorrect and Items were missing from my order . This happens often when ordering from here .

I ordered at 9pm and at 11:15pm the tracker still said that it would arrive in 20-30 minutes...the restaurant closes at 10pm....

So fresh and delicious! It arrived in perfect condition.

The ice cream was melting. Other than that, everything else was good.

**SHORT STORY: when placing an online pickup order, go directly to Cold Stone's website instead of using 3rd parties per their manager.** I ordered for pickup through Eat Street, and once I was notified my order was ready, I went in to the store to retrieve my order. The employee told me at first that my order was already picked up, then after showing her my confirmation, she stated that she had not started my order yet. By this point, it had already been over 30 minutes since I placed the order (again, I received notification stating my order was ready). There's quite long story behind the employee's attitude, but the store was contacted directly about that. I could have walked in, waited in line, and I would have gotten my order faster. Of course, the order also was not correct, and I was missing and up-charged item. The manager passed all the blame to Eat Street (also a long story), but did say **when placing an online order, go directly to their website instead of using 3rd parties.** Hopefully this helps someone in the future to avoid potential issues.

Paid for chocolate dipped waffle cone and got a regular bowl with no cone .

There was no fruit in my mix and I had a chocolate chip in there. What if I was allergic to chocolate?

The ice cream was excellent

I order from here frequently and frequently they forget my waffle cone...two nights in a row they forgot it.

The ice cream itself was delicious..however...it would?ve been better had they included the waffle cone I also ordered.

I asked for a waffle cone of cup and didn?t get it!

Ice cream was great. Delivery was 40 minutes after orginal time was given, so ice cream arrived melted.

I was ten minutes away by car and it still arrived mostly frozen - WINNING!!!

A mix in was missing from one of our items. Another item was to include brownie pieces but it only had crumbs. The waffle cones were stale. Past experiences have been ok but this felt like they were just being lazy.

Cold stone was good, not enough toppings though. And I had to go myself because the driver didn?t bring both bags.

2 items on order correct. 3rd was messed up. Missing main toppings in cake batter batter, only had additional added topping.

Some of the greatest tasting ice cream I've had, definitely a great selection

The ice cream was not mixed well. It was like they put the non ice cream pieces at the bottom and the ice cream plopped on top.
