Good as always. Just wish we could have some options for changes/additions but that?s not available using Eat Street online ordering.

Easy way of ordering, quick delivery. Food was good although the chips were somewhat stale.

It was not visually appealing nor did it taste good. I would not order the Chipotle Quesadilla again. Probably one of the worst things I've ever eaten.

Terrible! They told me my food wouldn?t be made due to a tablet issue, so I ordered somewhere else. Then they fixed the issues 30 plus minutes later and still charged me and made the food even after saying it was cancelled. Still waiting for a refund!

This restaurant is soooo good, they care fast and efficient and I LOVE the food!

Got my order on time, opened the bag the green sauce was all over everything, I called and complained, my order was all wrong, I got fajitas not enchiladas, no beans and rice for neither of us, me and my granddaughter were very disappointed. I would really like a refund of some sort

Horrible! I ordered the #4 ( 1 taco and 1 burrito). I chose chicken and it had absolutely no flavor, the burrito was covered with red sauce and only had beans and chicken in it. A burrito you eat with your hands and enchiladas are covered with sauce and you eat with a fork. So they made my burrito completely wrong. VERY disappointed!

Order was ready promptly and the service in restaurant was good. Special instructions were followed as well. However the food was soggy (beef taco) and the burrito and enchilada did not stay warm In take out container. First time ordering and really wanted to like the food due to previous recommendations and convenience- but was disappointed with the food.

The food itself was good but I think they need to find better takeout containers. The enchiladas were soggy from moisture collected inside the container. A better ventilation version would be a possible solution.

Food came fast and hot. Plenty of chips. Hamburger was fresh, hot, and tasty. Only complaint was there was little to none shredded cheese on the tacos.

just ok. There's better Mexican in De Pere.

I had the Chile Verde it was excellent!! The others had chicken burrito Azteca and a chicken quesadilla they said they were bland almost tasteless.

We ordered burritos and were given enchiladas, unsure if it was the driver or the restaurant. The enchiladas were delicious even though it wasn?t what we ordered.

Cheese sauce was very thin and watery. Would not even stay on the chips. Chicken was tasty but taco arrived very soggy and fell apart. Burrito and enchilada tasted exactly the same. Not worth the money. Maybe would be better in the restaurant.

Always Great Food

Food is always on point. Favorite Mexican restaurant. Prices are very fair and food is just always fresh. Thanks for all that you do!

Ordered for a specific time and half of the food was mushy from sitting so long. I picked it up at the beginning of a 7 minute window that was given at time of order. Portions were also on the light side.

We?ve been regulars there for decades. Zero complaints.

Eat Street delivered the wrong order. It took 1/2 hour via chat for them to tell me that I would not get the right order but I would get a full refund.

Chimichanga's were delicious, but not crispy. Picked them up immediately and ate immediately when we got home. Delicious burrito, but not truly a Chimichanga.

This is our ?go to? restaurant for Mexican food!

I?ve ordered delivery from here a couple times, doubt I?ll do it again. Food is texmex not genuine Mexican. Also always arrives cold. Defeated the purpose of ordering out because our kitchen was being redone and we had no microwave to reheat the food.

The scallop and shrimp entree was amazing, and the appetizer sampler was very good. The hard shell tacos were soggy and fell apart, but that's not the restaurant's fault, more of a delivery issue.

El Maya's food is always excellent. This time, it arrived cold, which I feel confident is due entirely to the delivery method and speed, not El Maya.

We've enjoyed dining at El Maya many times for many years and usually order the exact same menu items. With this visit, we had numerous complaints. First, our order was shorted. We noticed it and had to wait to get it prepared while the rest of the food was getting cold and condensing. Second, the quality of the food was very poor. The hamburger was inedible. One family member was unable to have dinner. The meat was without taste, was mealy, and greasy. None of us could eat it. It was the worst hamburger any of us have ever experienced at a restaurant. The fajitas and tacos were extremely greasy. One family member had digestive problems that lasted into the second day. Even the tortilla chips are different - perhaps a different brand - but the oily taste and feel was very poor. Our family usually polishes everything off when we dine out, but many items were tossed in the garbage. When we spend $70 on a meal, we don't expect such very poor quality. We are all in agreement that we will not be going there again.

They provided a free meal that I picked up since Victoria from EatStreet left our food order who knows where. Instructions were to come to the FRONT DOOR and dial my extension at NPS Holdings LLC. She went to door #1, then door #3 and that's where she left our food -- OUTSIDE ON A 90 DEGREE DAY! At the wrong location because NPS Holdings doesn't even have a door #1 or door #3. The front door faces Spirit Way so no reason for her to go searching by any loading docks for the right door! Ridiculous!

The food was good. But when I opened the container with the food in it the food was all on one side. It looked like it had been jostled around. The timer on the site also went from 3 mins to delivery to another 5 mins.

Chicken Fajitas were flavorless and the peppers and onions were over cooked and a pile of mush. Ordered two chicken Burrito Aztecas for my kids and received ground beef that was pink and not cooked. Had to throw both burritos away as they were inedible.
