Jasmine Silver Needle This tea is made up of young and elegant tea leaf buds with a whisper of jasmine aura. All the appeal and softly sweet nuances of a classic organic Silver Needle tea, enhanced with the graceful aroma of night-blooming jasmine flowers. Airy flavor, delicate mouthfeel, and pleasantly dry finish.

Dragonwell This tea is perhaps the most famous green tea from China, named after the Dragon's Well landmark in the West Lake area of the Zhejiang, where the tea was first made. Dragon Well is known for its unique shape and remarkable flavor. During pan firing, the leaves are folded in on themselves, forming the characteristic sword-like shape.
Bi Luo Chun Tender shoots of tea buds are plucked during the first flush of spring and then expertly processed by hand into these tightly rolled pure bud "pearls" of fresh tea. The taste of the tea is sweet, thick and vibrant with a slight astringency that counters the sweetness, lending it depth and complexity.
1st Flush Mao Feng Green This green tea is not rolled & the leaves & buds stay largely unbroken. Flavor is bold & nutty but if not over-brewed is smooth & satisfying. Tender & tippy with vibrant umami & sweet that soothes & stimulates. Taste is green & vegetal, with notes of green chestnut & fresh flowers with a sweet aftertaste & nice mouth-watering effect.
Genmaicha This tea offers a unique savory, toasted flavor and aroma with a light body and barely any bitterness. It consists of a mixture of organic sencha tea and organic toasted brown rice. This traditional loose-leaf tea is very popular in Japan for everyday use and was popularized during WWII to help stretch the tea supply.
Sencha This tea is a definitive organic tea from Japan. Special blending and firing techniques are used to produce this organic green tea, resulting in a rich, brothy, vegetal flavor and aroma reminding of dark greens such as kale, steamed veggies, fresh seaweed and has a moderate bitterness with a slight nutty quality.
Lemon Ginger Sencha This tea has a warm, spicy, citrusy, rich, brothy, vegetal flavor. Looking for a healthy, but tasty tea this is a very good choice.
Lemon Rose Green The gunpowder lends a bold and light smoky taste, while the rose gives a light sweet floral taste and the lemon rind a hint of tangy citrus to finish it off the palate.
Hibiscus Lemon Green This tea has a very fruity profile with the hibiscus & lemon. Sencha green tea is used as the base because it is a bolder green tea & has just a hint of peppermint to finish this tea. It is a great tea for summer & fall, but obviously can be drunk year-round.
Summer's Warmth Green This is one of the blends I enjoyed blending. Dragonwell brings the nutty buttery, while ginger brings some spiciness, orange sweet and citrus, and licorice some sweetness. When I sampled it reminded me of summer and the warmth you get from that time of year. It is a delicate warming tea.
Organic Moroccan Mint The dark golden infusion of this aromatic tea is alive with peppermint. The gunpowder lends a full body and light smoke with this combination imparting a uniquely brisk and aromatic green tea experience.
Jasmine Pearl Tender organic green tea leaves & buds are hand-rolled into small pearls & infused with the essence of fresh jasmine blossoms in this classic tea. Tea absorbs the fragrant essence of the fresh jasmine flowers, making the pearls sweet & very aromatic.
Apple Tart Green My grandmother's pies were the best. She got me into tea, so this is an ode to my grandmother & her cooking. This tea is a tart apple taste with hibiscus providing some tangy tartness like cranberries with a green tea to balance the flavors.
Wuyi Oolong Roasted oolong tea from the Wuyi mountains in Fujian, China. High fire treatment gives Wuyi oolong its specific smoky & mineral character. Beautifully balanced & complex tea with a deep, yet faint, ripe fruitiness in the background. The flavor is slightly honey-floral & nutty, with hints of white sesame, cinnamon, & sweetened burdock root.
Jade Oolong Its larger, olive green balled leaves are oxidized a mere 20% & emit honeysuckle fragrance that is sweet, floral, buttery & luxurious. Its pale-yellow infusion is light, delicate & silky smooth. While the fragrance takes center stage in the first infusion, the liquor & flavor become more prominent in subsequent infusions.
Milk Oolong It is grown on Tai Hua Mountain in Anxi county of Fujian. Taiwanese Jin Xuan varietal tea growing at an altitude of 1100 meters is expertly hand-picked and processed in the traditional method.
Iron Goddess of Mercy It is said to have been discovered by an elder farmer named Wei who lived in Anxi county, Fujian province. Our version is the traditional style, with light oxidation & moderate roasting. This carefully managed process creates a smooth palate that exudes aromas of roasted buckwheat with a subtle note of dried apricot & roasted chestnut.
Baked Pear Oolong We added spices so you feel like you are drinking a baked pear dessert. Please feel free to smell the hot tea to get the full effect of this lovely drink. I rarely do blends with oolong teas because oolongs are usually better straight, but this blend is a sublime treat and exception to my rule.
Loose Leaf Pu-erh Wonderfully deep, rich, and earthy. Our organic black pu-erh leaves infuse strong for 3-4 infusions. Recently entering the international market with a unique style and flavor, pu-erh tea is now revered by tea lovers from around the world. This one is a loose leaf version.
Monday Recharge This blend is heavy, earthy, dark fruit, hint of sweet & spice. Perfect for the morning or to warm yourself up during a hectic day. Earthy & dark fruit hit your first with spices notes at the end. Pu-erh provides the earthiness & heavier tea taste. Elderberry provides the dark fruit that can take a pu-erh tea. This leaves a pleasant feeling of comfort.
Golden Yunnan A traditional process one leaf & one bud ratio black tea from the high Wu Liang mountains of Zhenyuan. Lightly wilted the leaves still have a slight greenish color amongst the vivid brown-red color. The traditional processing gives the tea a nice floral aroma and taste.
Golden Monkey Tea is made from Fuding Bai Hao "White Pekoe" varietal tea leaves. Our premium grade is one leaf to 1 bud semi-tippy grade. The tea leaves are picked in sets with 1 leaf and 1 bud. The processing allows for a golden-orange furry tip complemented by a dark leaf.
Golden Assam Assam region of Northeast India is famous for its black tea production. The sub-tropical valleys of Assam in which tea is cultivated yield gutsy, bold infusions with full body and flavor. Our single estate Golden Assam is robust and bright with hints of sweet raisin and an assertive malty finish.
Irish Breakfast Tea has a strong Assam component, giving it a robust, malty flavor with a complex cup with floral, citrusy, sweet flavors of the Ceylon tea with a reddish color to the brew. Because of the important role of the dairy industry in Ireland, it is usually served with milk. However, some Irish tea drinkers choose to take their breakfast tea plain.
English Breakfast This is a full-bodied black tea blend that goes well with a traditional English breakfast. The original cup was made with black Keemun tea from Anhui province in China. Across many generations, plenty of different interpretations of this famous blend have been made. Balanced, very honeyed aroma.
Scottish Breakfast Tea has a strong Assam component, giving it a robust, malty flavor with a complex cup with the earthiness of a Golden Yunnan. This is usually stronger than English or Irish Breakfast teas, it is usually served with milk. However, some Scottish tea drinkers choose to take their breakfast tea plain.
Russian Caravan Tea has a long history that originates from the 18th-century camel caravans that facilitated the transcontinental tea trade from tea-producing areas to Europe via Russia. It is an aromatic & full-bodied tea with a sweet, malty, & smoky taste. It achieves a strong copper color & heavily flavored tea with a smooth & mellow aftertaste.
Earl Grey Tea dates back to 19-century tea trade when Charles Grey, 2nd Earl Grey, was presented with a gift of tea scented with citrus blossoms during his travels in Canton. After Grey returned home, his namesake tea became popular in tea salons of Europe infused black teas with the essence of the bergamot citrus fruit that grows in Reggio Di? Calabria, Italy.
Rosy Citrus Black This is a blend I wanted to do for a while. Nilgiri goes well with citrus and rose. A nice blend of floral and lemon and orange. This is a delicate and subtle tea blend.
Rose Nilgiri Tea is described as dark, intensely aromatic tea grown in the hills of the Nilgiris of Tamil Nadu. Add rose petals for a classic combination that adds a delicate floral element to the taste profile. The liquor has a bright amber color, with a well-rounded body that floats on your palate & is low in tannins, thus low in astringency, & makes a wonderful fresh iced tea.
Hibiscus Orange Assam It combines the tart & tangy hibiscus petals with sweet & citrusy orange peel with an Assam black tea base. Like most Assam teas this is a black tea that is bold, assertive, & malty tasting. The infusion is coppery colored with a tangy-sweet finishing note & would be a great breakfast tea to start your day.
Enchanted Soul Warmer Great relaxing tea at the end of a stressful day. Each sip feels like you are warming your soul. Assam as the tea base pairs well with elderberry & cloves. The black tea & elderberry are the first things you taste with the light clove reaching the palate at the very end & not too overpowering.

Green Rooibos It is harvested from the same South African plant as red rooibos but is processed differently. Where the red rooibos leaves are bruised & oxidized, the green rooibos leaves are specially treated to prevent oxidation, leaving them closer to their natural state. Resulting brew is lighter-bodied & woody-grassy cup with natural sweetness & fruit notes.
Rooibos It will never go bitter, unlike tea, if over-steeped. Rooibos is smooth and gentle with a natural sweetness and slightly nutty taste, also very high in antioxidants. Naturally does not have caffeine. It comes from a South African and was drunk by the native people for centuries until the 1700s when the Dutch started drinking it too.
Peppermint Rooibos Our oxidized rooibos yields a deep orange-red infusion with a fruity, naturally sweet & nutty taste. Combined that with peppermint you have a lovely infusion. Like all rooibos, our Peppermint Rooibos contains no caffeine. Perfect after a meal with calming peppermint & high antioxidant content.
Chocolate Dreams Rooibos It has the subtle taste of chocolate with the cocoa nibs and a light floral and minty taste to it. The rooibos adds some sweetness to it. It is like floating on a chocolate cloud and a great drink when you are feeling like you need a little indulgence for yourself or a great indulgent gift for someone else.

Orange Mint Rooibos Our oxidized organic red rooibos yields a fruity, naturally sweet, and nutty orange-red infusion. Combined with organic orange peel and organic peppermint you have tangy, citrusy, and minty elements added for a lovely infusion.

Lavender Rooibos Our unoxidized green rooibos yields a fresher, lighter infusion with less fruit and more herbal qualities than conventional, oxidized rooibos from Africa. Combined that with organic lavender and you have a floral element added for a lovely infusion.

Fruity Spice The inspiration for this blend was to use elderberries with some spices. Our base is orange peel and elderberries with some spices to add a light kick to this herbal infusion. The infusion color is almost black from the elderberries. Very tasty infusion with some heat from ginger and spice from star anise and cloves.
