We only received half of our order. What we got was good but very disappointing not to get everything.

my food was delivered late..it took so long to get a delivery driver my food was cold by the time it was delivered..service from eat street has been going downhill and in will most likely discontinue using and find alternative service

Over seasoning with herbs on Cajun Alfredo and too much basil on margherita flatbread . Of course that my opinion

Food was good but it was apparent it had been sitting at the restaurant for pickup for quite a while.

Salad was terrible. The chicken was dried out, the bacon was the stage before burnt burnt. Hot chicken was placed on top of the cheese so that was melted into the greens and no roll.

I didn't know that the driver would be calling me, so when an out of state number was calling me I just ignored it. I feel bad for the driver. Food was very good.

Food was left at door with no knock and the app never updated that the food was delivered, so sadly the food was cold by the time we called to question it and found out it had already been delivered. The pizza and fried cheese curds were delicious, even though they were cold, but the side of asparagus was very small and not very tasty. Neither were the mashed potatoes but being cold might have affected that.

Food was either flavorless or extremely salty

Burger was incredibly overcharged and burnt. I peeled off the cheese and could see 1/4? height differences from where the patty had been smashed into the grill. I?ve eaten here before and it was good though

5 bucks for 5 pieces of asparagus and a messed up elk burger

Our order was delivered to the wrong location so we never had lunch for our working meeting. As a result, we had to reorder for our client resulting in addition delays and cost. In addition, my coworker and I had to then wait and eat much later.

Delicious but cold

The elk burger tasted too much like charcoal, maybe clean the grill a bit more. The onion soup was a little too spicy (herbs) and could be a bit more like soup instead of stew. Overall an average experience.

After ordering my food I realize that the only way to get take out was to order from eatstreet. I did not know that there is a extra 3 to 4 dollars increase for each item. Had I known I would not have ordered.

Missed part of my order. Food came late and was cold.

The children?s corn dogs were burned to a crisp the bowl of clam chowder was either the wrong soup or the worst clam chowder I?ve ever eaten in my life eatstreet was fine they delivered on time and the food was hot but the food was horrible

First off I have to say I understand that delivery food will never be as good as the experience of eating in a restaurant is. That side, this was some of the worst fish fry I have ever had, ever. I would have been more fulfilled with a filet-o-fish from McDonald's. The perch was not only dry but so overcooked I was pulling it apart like jerky. The fries were so undercooked and soggy that I couldn't stomach more than 2. For the money I paid for this meal, I would expect a lot better quality in its cooking preparation.

The pretzels were either old or over-cooked. They were really hard to chew. The wraps were so-so and we were left feeling lousy after our meal.

The reason I?m giving three stars and not less is because the Food was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! The bruschetta was to die for. My problem however, was that the eat street app told me that my food was ready for pick up and when I arrived at HP I proceeded to wait 35 min to pick up my food that was in fact not even made.

I?ve loved Hagemeister since opening however Last night was a TERRIBLE experience. We ordered 2 wraps and an order of traditional wings. Wrap 1- chicken bacon ranch - the description stated grilled chicken. The chicken was prepackaged freezer chicken that was microwaved at best. It was definitely not fresh grilled chicken. I also asked for ranch on side bc otherwise it gets soggy by the time it gets delivered and didn?t even get ranch. The Fries were good though (normally cold but this time mediocrely hot) however a very small portion. Moving onto Wrap 2- buffalo chicken- no tomato onion and ranch on side. Same gross microwaved chicken and the worst part, it didn?t even have BUFFALO sauce! That is what it?s called- BUFFALO CHICKEN- and the description said with signature Hot sauce. Yeah right. More like no sauce. Same situation on the fries but like 11 total. Wings were okay- sauce seemed different, we asked for extra ranch and did get it, but next time you should put the ranch cup in a separate bag- when ranch gets hot bc it sits on wings, it heats and tastes (yuck). We also tried calling about 15 times and of course couldn?t reach anybody because ?all lines are busy?. Very upsetting experience (even worse bc of how much prices increased). All in all, the last 5 times ordering from you have increasingly got worse. We?ve had a lot of missing condiments, cold fries, even no side once. We?ve given you so many chances Hagemeister but you still don?t offer quality or service.

Bread was hard as a rock and chicken was processed

I have been wanting to order for awhile now and the food was absolutely amazing! The best burger with pulled pork & mac n cheese! That vidalia dip was beyond delicious! Loved the pretzels with cheese! So very good and will absolutely order again!

I ordered the steak and scallops. Sure it may have been close to closing time, but it shouldn't be the reason to rush and send your customer undercooked scallops. The steak saved this rating. Asparagus had burnt bits and pieces.

Was excited to try the ?Bavarian pretzel? and Cajun Alfredo. Had bad luck the first time ordering , should?ve left it at that. Cheap/bad quality food for high prices.

It was just unfortunate that it took over an hour to get an order of cheese curds. I had to heat them up when they were delivered.

Cold and didn't everything I ordered and paid for

Food was awesome and hot. Well worth the cost. Only thing is I asked for steak to be well done, but it was more like medium to well.

The delivery great the food poor.

The crab and lobster in the pasta dish was flavorful, but the pasta itself lacked flavor. Was pretty bland. Also ordered it without chives, but arrived with chives on it. My friend's burger had some not-so-fresh looking lettuce on it. The fries were still crispy and the burger was good, aside from the lettuce. 3 stars, given the price point of these entrees Everything with Eatstreet was great!

The salmon was excellent!!

One of the few restaurants that delivers excellent fries. I guess they are hard to get right but Hagemeister Park does so. Both regular and sweet potato fries arrive warm, fresh & delicious which is something most other restaurants fail at.

Not my favorite sandwich. I have had better paninis. I would change bread option.

Ready on time. Flavorful and right mixture of ingredients.

Ready in plenty of time. Healthy portion of lettuce and chicken, light on cranberries, pecans and cheese. Excellent flavor.
