Difficult to order. I wanted it delivered and ended up having to drive to pick it up. Not sure why a person would order from eat street and then go to pick it up.

I ordered a sandwich and potato salad. I was told an hour, I waited that hour and then my order was canceled because there was no potato salad. I got a text saying that my order was canceled and the money would be refunded in 2 days. I had to leave work to get other food. I have questions - why didn't the place contact me to see if I could substitute the potato salad? Why didn't someone contact me to let me know that my order was going to be canceled before I waited an hour? I don't understand why not having a side invalidates my entire order. I'm also not sure if you meant to send me this survey as my order was canceled.

Ordered a turkey bacon ranch no tomato. Came with tomato and no ranch on the sandwich or in the box.

I don't know if it was eatstreet or honeybaked but we didnt get our saucea for our sandwiches. There is no sauce om the sandwich specifically so its pretty dry when those arent included
