Excellent food!

It came out pretty good and it got here pretty fast. We first called the manager of the Brown Bottle and told him that it was our anniversary. We asked if we could substitute the salads for the soup and he said that he would. He then said that they give a dessert for birthdays and anniversaries. He was very nice. Everything went pretty smooth.

We asked for a substitution of gluten free noodles but that wasn?t done- nor did anyone call to advise it couldn?t be done. After delivery, upon calling, we were advised they couldn?t see the ?special requests? section. So we had to pitch the regular pasta order they sent.

As always great food - some of the best pizza in the Cedar Valley and the pasta dishes are all amazing.

As always, the food from The Brown Bottle was top notch! One of our favorite places to dine, it's great that we can now get it delivered!

Spent 150.00 on 4 meals and it was cold.

The pizza was delicious and delivered on time. I need help with ordering for a future time when the restaurant isn't open when I place the order. Also, there's no way to make comments or ask questions. I had a special order that the Brown Bottle was able to accomodate when I called them, but there are no variations on the form.

Salad is never crisp. Forgot my toastie. I order from them religiously. Marsal sauce is is never consistant. Bread sucked. Keep raising your prices. You are not worth it. I alone kept you going. Luckily, I give second chances. Quite frankly for your prices...I will pick up chef boyardee

Quality has gone down considerably. Lasagna looked as if was served from remnants from the bottom of the pan. No cheesy crust topping at all. Chicken Marsala came with no mushrooms nor cheese. Salads were just tossed in from a bag. No tomatoes cucumber or onion. All I can say is definitely not the Brown Bottle I?m used too. Not even close to being worth the cost. Will not revisit.

Food was great, and still hot upon delivery! Plus it artived earlier than expected- which was great!

Ordered salmon with veggies and received chicken with potatoes. We also ordered a pizza with mushroom and black olives and received a pepperoni pizza. The only thing correct on this order was the side salad. Also, we were in a hotel and no silverware or napkins came with the order... We won?t be ordering from them again. Disappointing experience.

Many pricing online and actual order prices were not the same. Delivery service says ?free? but it?s obviously included into the price of each meal. This looks super shady and would rather just have a delivery fee than to tell me there is none... when there is. I?m not asking for something for free, just honesty without some marketing ploy. Also, food was actually cold and needed to be microwaved. Delivery was requested for 6:30 and arrived 30-minutes early which also made things difficult on our end. Very poor experience... normally would not say anything, but you did send a survey to ask so wanted to be truthful.

Only received half my order. When I called the manager said he?d send a gift card. When I said I?d prefer a refund for what I did not get, I was told he couldn?t do that. So I was charged $60 for half an order. Unacceptable.

Fantastic food

Everything tasted fresh and delicious, LOVE the goat cheese salad. My only complaint would be the pasta entrees are not near enough for the cost.

Very thin sliced bread. It was cold.

Someone forgot a portion of our order. Main food was received but side salads and ice cream forgotten.

The shrimp was very overcooked

My salad came On top of the lasagna making it warm and soggy. My cheese bread was not cooked enough. It was soggy and not crispy at sll

One dish was over cooked, the other fish had minimal amount of sauce so dry and little flavor.

Tiramisu was awesome! Roast beef sandwich....great! But I have to say that goat cheese salad is my absolute fav! I don?t know what they do that goat cheese but it melts in your mouth and it is amazing!!

Had the prime rib, it was so good! Wish th bread was a little crispier but the goat cheese salad was to die for!

Brown Bottle is always amazing...however this was cold. Not sure that was their fault or the delivery deivers

Manicotti was delicious, but the lasagna was sub-par. My husband said it tasted like Chef Boyardee. He has always loved the lasagna until this time.

Everything was great, hot, and correct. The only issue was the herb goat cheese salad - which was not good- but it may have been us. Will definitely order again!!

The food arrived on tine and hot. We were very pleased.

The salad dressing was much too sweet and the pasta dish was so salty I could not eat it.

OMG best salad (goat cheese ) , amazing food

Honestly, we were disappointed. The food was not good. I spent close to $70 for food that tasted worse than Olive Garden. I?ve always gone to the Waterloo location, so I?m not sure if it?s because this came from the Cedar Falls location, but I 100% wouldn?t get food from that location again.

Food was cold. Had to microwave. Garlic bread was super hard. Containers were thin plastic and retained no heat. Lasagna was gross - not like the normal lasagna you get during dine in with more cheese and meat. No melted cheese at all!

The order was skewed by the restaurant, but EatStreet was great to deal with!

The garlic toast was left off the order.
