The dipping sauce for my wrap was chunky and spoiled.

Fantastic wings. Keep up the good food and service.

Food was basically cold when it got here, and it seemed like it was older food which got warmed back up at some point. Figured over an hour wait just meant they were busy. Not the dasher?s fault. We?ve ordered a few times from BWW to give them a chance and they continue to disappoint. No more ordering from there.

Very little sauce seemed old

Arived 2 hours 20 min after ordered and cold.

Ordered a wedge salad, got a Cobb salad, no salad dressing included even though it was requested, also ordered cheeseballs and got about half the amount we would get if dining in the restaurant, also no sauce was included, call to complain, we had better get a full refund, very bad experience

Food was good but when I ordered I added side salad for the brisket tacos and for the grilled chicken sandwich. I also asked for southwest ranch sauce for mozzarella sticks. When food came I had only 1 salad. And marinara sauce came with the sticks.

I ordered 5 bbq honey wings and 5 dry rub chipotle All 10 were bbq honey and barely any sauce at that.

My food was cold when it got to me

We didn't get our celery, an order of fries was missing, and we didn't get our large ranch

Missing items, carrots and celery for wings.

My daughter and I love Buffalo Wild Wings we were missing 1 of the four that we got but we just went with it

Received celery instead of carrots and I requested half honey BBQ and half orange chicken and they were mixed sauces out together so it was kind of strange

Good minus missing the carrots and celery side but that was part of the package price so wasn't a big deal

The item I got said I would receive boneless wings. I came with bone in wings instead. They also put the marinara sauce in the box with the rest of the food and the lid completely melted which got the sauce all over my food. Food was also not warm and soggy when it arrived.

Food was good and hot, just forgot items on bill

Food was late and missing items

I had asked that my order be placed outside my front door as I am currently quarantined as I've been exposed to COVID. James, the driver kept pounding on my door numerous times until I answered even though I yelled."Thank You!" He kept pounding. So, just so you know, he didn't follow my directions and now he has been exposed to COVID. Drivers need to follow delivery instructions and they don't seem to do that. The food arrived hot and was very good.

Food took almost 50 minutes to get from restaurant to my house. Food was cold.

Found a fly in my wings.

I didn?t receive my soda or my wings instead they gave me mozzarella sticks and my fried pickles. They obviously don?t check orders before they go out with the door.

It took over 2 hours!!! was really upset, because this is all on Eat Street not BWW's. I called them and my food was ready and the Eat Street driver had not picked it up. (She was 45 mins late picking up our food!)Eat Streets needs to improve this process. Our food was ok, but would have been better if was delivered on time.

Portion size was extremely small, barely covered the bottom of the large bowl it came in. Macaroni was dry. The only tasty part was the chunks of chicken.

The wings were not correct. Should have been boneless but they sent bone in wings

Got the wrong food

Three meals were ordered, but they only sent one.

Never even got my order and contacted them multiple times with no one getting back to me.

Order was completely wrong, most likely won't order again.

Food arrive a half hour late and everything we ordered was completely wrong.

I was disappointed because portions of our food didn?t arrive. This has happened a few times while using your app.

The second time I?ve ordered through them and both times they forgot items.

Don't bother ordering from here, they will just cancel your order.

Husband said if we were eating at the restaurant it may have been the only times he actually sent food back, chicken was not good and fries were cold. We also paid an extra dollar for tots and he got fries.

Food was poor tasting. Just soggy. A little late, but could have been reasons. Missing the kids drinks.

My order was cancelled because EatStreet wasn't able to get a hold of Buffalo Wild Wings to confirm it.

Fried pickles were very soggy. Seemed like they'd been sitting all day.
