My fries and small pork tenderloin had good flavor and were just the right amount to fill me up! The PT came with the right amount of my asked for condiments: mustard, onions and pickles! The tenderloin batter was soggy, and not crispy, unfortunately, but the flavor was still just fine! It was said it would take 50-60 minutes. I set the timer for 50 minutes, and I had it eaten by the time the timer went off! It was prepared so quickly and delivered quickly, too!! And the delivery fee was just $1.99. I wasn't sure if there were gluten free, dairy free options so didn't add anything on for a family member.

Was brought the wrong food, then had to wait 30 minutes for the correct food and it was so soggy and cold we couldn?t eat it. Now you refuse to have management call me or refund me my money!

The food would have been excellent had it not gotten to us hot. Which was eat streets fault.

Fries were undercooked and the tenderloin was dry.

Late, cold food, unsatisfied completely. This isn't the first time with eatstreet.

Steamboat Gardens itself is good. My 2 star rating has to do with the late delivery of the food. It was cold and very soggy

My hamburger was rare it was cold and horrible and the mushrooms were a pile of soggy grease

I ordered a plain, breaded chicken sandwich and what I got was an extremely spicy chicken sandwich. Not sure if it was a mistake or if that's always how the chicken sandwich is cooked but it was not listed on the menu as being hot or spicy.

Extremely good ! However there was no name on the bag and I did give a room number . I am fortunate that help here was able to get find it .

I?ve never had a bad meal at Steamboat Gardens.

Food was excellent, although received extra food we did not order. Had ordered potato salad and side salad and received 2 sides of french fries along with the food.

We ordered a Tenderloin which was severely under cooked. The onion rings and fries were cold. We also ordered a hot beef which the beef was tough and potatoes were cold. We usually love Steamboat but this was a disaster meal!!

I ordered the pork lion samdwich and it was delicious!

I was very impressed with the quality and quantity of the food. I almost ashamed to say it was the first time that I had enjoyed your food. I will definitely keep you on my list of places to either eat in or order for delivery.

I asked for extra pickles and onions. Got a few little onions, NO pickles ... and mustard. Hate mustard. It ruined the entire sandwich. Also, it was cold. I order from Steamboat Gardens about once a week and never have had a problem. However, yesterday may change my mind.

I was under the impression that the steamboat burger would include lettuce, onion, and tomato. I later found out that "California " style means lettuce onion tomato. How ridiculous is this bs? As if only people in California dress their burgers with lettuce, onion, and tomato.. wtf

I am always amazed at how well their food travels. The fries were not soggy or greasy, our tenderloins were in perfect condition. Not an easy feat, and they do it really well. This is one of our favorite places!

My food was not bad but the appetizer was not good

Didn't put the cheese in for chili cheese fries and chili was very watery. Will never order this item again.

Ordered the tug boat tenderloin and it was raw also ordered extra ketchup for my fries and didn't get any just the little bit on my sandwich.

The meat on the hot beef was mushy and basically the leftover bits of roast. It tasted off. We didnt eat the meal. It was really disappointing because we have ordered that meal in the past and it had been really great.

The tenderloin was great. Would have been better if the pickles and onion and mustard would have made it into the sack.

Meat was sooo tough it could not be cut

We ordered turkey dinners and loved them at home, just as at the restaurant. Though some assembly of the meal was required, as the components were packaged separately.

2 tenderloins, 1 bun, no toppings. Not sure why the toppings were swapped for a second tenderloin.
