I waited for over an hour for my order because there was not an EatStreet driver available.

The steak was so full of connective tissue that only about 6-7 oz was edible. Horrible cut of meat. Not worth the money

Always great food! I did carry out rather than delivery this time, and it was ready when I got there and fresher than when I waited for delivery.

Ribs cooked too long and too tough and dry. Coleslaw was terrible and fries was cold.

The food was so soggy and ice cold. Half the batter on my chicken strips looked like it wasn?t cooked. Asked for marinara sauce with my appetizer and it pretty much consisted of a large chunk of a tomato in a cup. I never expect perfect food when I get delivery but this was disappointing.

Delicious! Amazing. Can you please have a category for adults to choose a drink? On your meno on EatStreet, if I choose a child's item, I get a child size drink. However, I see no way on there where I can order a drink! Thank you!

Wings were rubbery...we had to put them in the airfry after we got them. Salad was not very good. Lettuce was gross.

Missing dips all over. Chicken strips asked for extra sauce, didn't get it (but paid for it) French fries side requested ranch, none provided (but paid for it) Salad requested extra blue cheese, didn't come with it (but paid for it). Pepper's did not provide what was ordered.

To go food was just soggy will not order take out again? food tastes way better when you?re eating it there.

I wish you could order more toppings. We tried to get lettuce and tomato in the comments section, but received nothing.

Missing food from order. No French fries with order. Delivery took 40+ minutes.

Submitted order for three entrees and arrived five minutes early. Order came out on time but was missing one box -- staff took two boxes inside to sort out. came back with the same two and said resubmitted the third item. Waited at least another five minutes for third entree and left. The third/quick fix was missing fried onions as ordered -- was obviously hurried along. Also sent fries when Potato Salad was ordered. Entree with slaw -- was inedible -- old cabbage - no flavor. Disappointing experience. Was this due to no school / busy monday lunch with Staff Party at 3pm? Maybe. Disappointed for sure

Food was good but they forgot the fries with one of our meals. Delivery was fast.

The chicken was raw. I had to throw my whole sandwich away.

You would think you would get more for what you pay. Not a chance. That was the skimpiest meal I?ve ever spent money on for my family.

I asked to remove Swiss and add Pepper Jack. They removed American and added more Swiss. Bread was burned. Worst sandwich I've ever had from there. I eat this sandwich often and have never had this problem.

Everything arrived hot and tasted GREAT! Unfortunately, I ordered their Vegetable Beef Soup and got Chicken and Rice, their soup of the day. I double and triple checked what I ordered and I did order the Vegetable Beef. I called and got someone with an attitude who said, "What do you want me to do?" very snotty! She got a manager and I asked if I could drive to their store and get the soup I ordered. Yes, and it was ready for me when I arrived, but I am recovering from surgery and it was a very painful 2 mile drive. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. I was very disappointed. I ordered just chicken strips and got chicken strips with very cold french fries.

Very disappointed no quality control from Peppers! First bad order from there tostada salad shell was too well done, minimal lettuce and not good just overall not good. EatStreet delivery is always outstanding!

Food was fine. I pay a premium to use this app over normal menu price and my order had not been started when I arrived. It took some time to find it.

Cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp. Just looked like a black hockey puck. Couldn't eat it!!
