IHOP - Brandilynn Boulevard

My burger was pink & I asked for it to be well done.

Ordered 4 strawberry crepes. Got only two crepes AND they had no filling or topping.

My bacon and hash brown were extra hard

I didn't receive my whole order.

The food was very tasty. I like these containers they're using now. The food wasn't hot, but it was warm enough to eat.

Been a long time since eating at IHOP and ordering through Eatstteet solved that issue. Food was great and hit the spot. In fact, I'm waiting til another 25 min. so I can order IHOP again!

Burger was still raw in the middle I asked for med well.

First of all food came after 1 & hour , moreover got the wrong order

I usually enjoy Ihop. The food is always delicious. Except when we order delivery, it seems my hashbrowns and bacon are always overcooked or burnt. My breakfast melt would've been so much better without it dripping grease down my hands.

We ordered around 7 at night. When our food got here, it was cold, My hashbrowns were burnt, plus we had ordered 4 slices of French toast, and ended up with 2 pancakes and 2 slices of stuffed French toast. But it was too late to call and complain,because they were closed for the night

Came quickly, order was correct and the packaging kept our food warm. Good job.

Food and service was quick and delicious.

The food arrived on time, but all of it was cold. The last time I ordered from them the food arrived hot. The weather may have been a factor.

When it was discovered that our order was not all delivered, IHOP was called to attempt to rectify. The staff there was extremely rude. They yelled and when I asked to speak with a manager I was not permitted to do so. I was then informed there was nothing they could do and hung up on. I called back, they said that they would make the remaining portion of our meal that was not delivered. The catch was, I needed to obtain my own delivery arrangements. I attempted to contact eat streets and there was no number to do so. I called IHOP again and they said very rudely and begrudgingly that they would attempt to contact Eat Street. Fast forward another almost 2 hours.... my food was finally delivered- but over cooked.

They always run later than the estimate but as long as you expect that, you won't be disappointed.

Love a good breakfast and they come through every time.

food was hot, fresh and delicious. This Cedar Falls location food is some of the best IHop I have ever had.

EatStreet had to cancel my order because Ihop never responded to our order. We ordered $60 worth of food which was canceled bc of your poorly trained staff and now I have to wait 2 business days for my money back?!

Loved my omelet. It was fresh fast and hot.

Tasty food, delivered on time, friendly delivery person.

I understand that expected delivery time can change. There are a lot of variables that are out of control of the delivery person. But my delivery was over 30 minutes later than the expected time. My food was cold. And my delivery person was just complaining about how terrible their day was. I tried to be polite and sympathetic but thought it was unprofessional.

We ordered our food and 10 minutes later we got an email stating that they were not doing online ordering and that our money would be refunded and we still have not recieved that money.
