Ordered online to pick up and got there about the time it said the food would be ready. After getting there the guy took my order again and then sent it back to prepare the food. So nothing was done until I got there. Every item on the menu is overpriced online vs store price. So I didn?t see a point of online ordering since they asked me to repeat my order anyway. After getting home and started eating we found a piece of plastic glove in the food. We tossed the food and heated up some frozen food. Not what I was hoping my food situation would be after doing yard work all day and didn?t want to cook at home. Not very friendly service either. I will not be going back here.

The lamb gyros were very good. However, I was not too impressed with the overall feel of the place. I didn't expect fancy but It felt dingy. I ordered online for a specific pickup time which was confirmed. Just before leaving to go pick it up I got a text (which I appreciated) that it would be 15 minutes later. When I arrived to pickup my order, they then started making it which I admit went fast, however, I had to wait around with other people which I wanted to avoid because of covid-19. The positive is that the food was very hot when I got it. Again the lamb gyros were very tasty.

The New York Gyro website routed our order to the wrong store. We had to cancel our order with no refund and got our meal somewhere else.
Honestly that food wasn?t good at all. The fries were microwaved and the lamb tasted like ground beef. I wouldn?t ever go back
Surprisingly very good Indian/Pakistani food. For a gyros place. Also incredibly affordable compared to most Indian restaurants
Their chicken and rice NEVER disappoints and everyone there works SO hard to serve their customers. Great place and more than affordable.
Halwa puri was excellent.
We?ve been looking everywhere for Parathas and a buddy from Tamil Nadu recommended NY Gyro. We went the next day and weren?t disappointed. They were a bit crowded so it took a little longer than expected but staff are friendly so it wasn?t a big deal and it was well worth the wait. The lamb gyro is real solid and the cheese paratha is a doughy, flaky, piping-hot circle of goodness. The sauce that comes with puts it over the top! We will be back - a lot - and if you?ve been there and haven?t been ordering parathas, slap yourself upside the head, go back, and get a paratha. Like I said, you may have to wait a bit but you won?t regret it.
First time and last time I will go to this place, I ordered food online and selected the Minneapolis location, they are literally on Lake and grand south Minneapolis, when I got there they proceed to tell me that my food is at the Columbia Heights location, when I ask why they just simply told me that is the Minneapolis location??? So I had to drive 30 minutes there and back to pick up cold food and also not so good tasting food... when I ask the manager there why is their website not updated he still tells me that they are in Minneapolis and I said no you are not 46th and Central is Columbia Heights / Hilltop, he asked me to google it and I did and it shows Columbia Heights... asked him for a receipt since I couldn't print one online and told him that and he simply tells me you have to get it on line, finally I got the the office with the cold food for a late lunch and items are missing, when I call to tell him he just simply tells me he can't believe it... this was 130.00 worth of food, you literally had a one time customer purely since their customer service sucks!
Terrible. I had to reorder my meal, and wait 30 min. for it to be made. What?s the point of pre ordering online and receiving a pick up time when employees clearly don?t pay attention to this.
This place is TERRIBLE. Don?t get me wrong the food is excellent and cheap, however I have been here 3+ times and have had my online order lost, in person order forgotten, and received the wrong food multiple times. I have never gotten my food in less than 30 minutes even when I have ordered online or through a 3rd party app. It is not worth the struggle to eat here.
