Mama's Famous Pizza & Heros - N. Oracle Rd.

Ordered from EatStreets. Looked as though it was still sending a while after the estimated pickup time. Called before I headed on the road. Gal said she had been on the phone w them and never got the order. I repeated the order back to her n said it would be ready in 15min so I headed that way. Order was still not ready and waited like 30min so almost and hour once handed to me. Headed home not far but I had ordered marinara not ranch. Now it was concerning, headed back to get it as my food is getting cold. Got home and started biting into my sandwich and there it was, A HAIR. I gave up and was a waste of money. No more will I try this eatery, because it's not anymore and they should close the doors. Something new needs to go in there. Old master bartender and restauranteur.

An hour late and ice cold

Was given the wrong order, Mama's pizza fault, he read the proper receipt, but got someone else's order

The pizza is usually amazing here, but unfortunately this time it tasted stale and took 1.5 hours after placing the order before it was ready.

This is the third time in a row where our take-out order was made incorrectly.

If you are going to post a sign on the door that says mask required to enter, then you should enforce it. The lady in front of me didn't wear one in, paid for food at the register, sat down to wait for her pickup order and still no mask and no one said a word.

The pizza was so good! Also the large was a perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. We even had enough to have some for later ?? as be the cannoli were delicious!!

The staff at Mamma?s are great! I arrived at the restaurant and my order wasn?t quite ready, so I was offered a complimentary beverage. The order was made in minimal time and was delicious. Definitely worth the wait and priced right.

Delicious as always. Best pizza we can find in Tucson closest to tasting like NY pizza.

Too much sauce. I paid for extra cheese and didn?t get it. Not enough toppings for the extra amount I paid for. Gluten free pizza. Not ordering this again.

The crust of the pizzas was so soggy that it could not be held. The sogginess caused it to stick to the box so we had to eat it in bites that we peeled from the boxes.

Pizza was great and the service was awesome.

Do not use this system!! Just call in your pizza! Pizza was ordered at 5 and got pizza at 6:30.... mama?s worker was kind to give us so free dessert and soda but I?ll definitely just call it in next time. Good thing they have amazing pizza! LOL

Online orders don't arrive and get addressed in a timely manner. Yes, in 2021, you better call in or your order will likely be delayed. This isn't the first time. Pizza took 1.5 hours. Happens nearly every time we get pizza there that the order is 30-60 minutes late. We're done - there are plenty of other good pizza places to choose from.

They forgot to put the pizza in the oven which delayed receiving the order. It was over an hour from order time till the pizza was received.

The food is great as always but the entire experience was terrible. Order the food at 6pm for a 7pm pickup; arrived at 7:20 - they had completely forgotten about the order. Then they told me it would be 15 minutes. I didn't get my order until 8:10- folks who ordered as I was standing there to get my food got theirs first. No apologies, no acknowledgement. What as the point of ordering ahead of time?

The food was good, as always. However, they weren?t ?aware of the order? & I had to wait additional time fir my order to be ready.

Horrible. I ordered our dinner just before 4:30 pm. I was given a pick time of 5:15. I walked in at 5:15. Stood in line and waited my turn and was greeted by a very glum looking red headed guy in glasses. I told him I was here to pick up a to go order. He had trouble figuring out a hyphenated last name finally telling me there was no order for that name. I told him ?well I ordered it?. He asked me if I ordered it online. I said yes through your website. He came back and said they had no order for me and just looked at me like I was supposed to just accept that fact. I then opened my phone and showed him my order number and the fact that I had already paid over $60.00 . He went in back and brought out more papers and then decided he couldn?t handle the situation any more and called down the line to ?John? to handle this. John came down looked at the papers and started blaming the eat street app. I told him that wasn?t my problem since it was attached to Manas website. He then stated that apparently they DID have my order and were working on it. I asked how that was possible since everyone was under the impression that there was no order. He simply stated it would be about 20 minutes. I stated that I would be waiting. That meant my order should be ready by 5:40. At 10 minutes after 6 I asked to speak to a manager. The kid walked down and said hey some guy wants to talk to a manager. There was quite a bit of laughter and John stated you be the manager. The kid came back and said I?m the manager how can I help you? I was flabbergasted and ask him if he was serious? I then laid it out. I also told him John had obviously lied since it was over 30 minutes passed the time he had stated my order would be ready. I stated I wanted to know where my order was. He came back a few minutes later with my order. Absolutely the worst customer service I Jhabvala ever seen. A simple apology at the beginning and an explanation as simple as we are so busy and we will get it out to you as fast as we can would have been plenty for me. But just blaming others and looking at me like so what?s your problem and zero apology is just completely awful. Never again.

Calzone was great. Took longer than estimated to get food delivered but not too bad. Only reason I gave 4 stars is Because I ordered ranch dressing for my salad and I got blue cheese. I hate blue cheese!

Food was not hot, barely warm by the time it arrived (later than promised).

The Stromboli was not baked correctly, barely any meat filling & no flavor. Our French fries were greasy and soggy. The one hero sandwich we got was good.

Order was wrong. Food was burned. Wait staff was unprofessional and it was only a take out order.

When I arrived, my order was not ready because the young man up front stated the order did not come through from eatstreet. I had to wait an additional 20 mins on to of the 40 mins from order time to receive my food, he did throw in a free 2 liter to soften the blow..

Pizza was very good and the house salad was fresh and enough for two.

The pizza and cannoli and cheesecake were delicious, but the service was terrible. My online order, which wasn't going to be ready for 45 minutes, was never prepared. When I arrived on time to pick up my order, they had a tough time FINDING my order. I understand if Mama's is busy, but to totally miss my order, and then make me wait another 25 minutes for it, is just wrong.

Been here many times but this time they seemed distracted and it was overcooked. Didn?t realize it until I got home. It was still good but not great like usual.

Took over 2 hours from when I placed the order to get it! Called Mama?s after 1 1/2 hours & they couldn?t find my order. I ordered online. When I finally did get my pizza it was cold & you could tell it had been sitting for quite some time in the cardboard box....disgusting!! Never again!
