This is the third time we?ve been missing food. We call to let them know and they say ?yes yes we have it. Its coming now? and no one ever delivers what we?re missing. So acknowledging that they?re missing people?s food but not making sure they?re getting it. This is the last time I?ll order from them. The first two times we thought it was just a mistake. This time is the last.

Food was cold and not as good as usually is.

Food was good. Need a choice of white or fried rice when ordering dinner specials.

The food was delicious. That?s not what I?m rating. The close to HOUR long wait from the time the driver left the restaurant to the point where I finally got my order was the issue. I ordered at 6:49pm and didn?t get my food until almost 2 hours later (8:40pm). Ridiculous.

The food always arrives hot and is delicious!! Lomein is wonderful! Service is excellent!!

We order from Fuji Jade regularly and the last few times hasn?t been great. The rice for our sushi wasn?t cooked properly and was hard, dry, and crumbly.

Food was ready, and hot and sour soup was very good.

Apparently, when they are busy, it is better to call in the order. Those of us who used this app got our food at least an hour after it was supposed to be ready. I ordered 90 minutes before I wanted to pick up. I got my food 55 minutes after that pick up time. That means it took 2hours and 15 minutes to get my order. Others using the app waited even longer.

Great food.

Prompt service, great food. I do wish the pickup at the door was a bit smoother.

This was for take out. The soup ordered was egg drop. The soup given was hot and sour. Required a phone call to restraunt and a drive back to get the correct soup. The cost when ordered was $21.03. When I picked up order they said cost was $21.56. That's only a few cents different but this has happened before. I will continue to order food there.

EstimYe on delivery was over and and half too late. I Called twice and they said they were slammed. Understood. Just be realistic about timing. Food was cool.

Everything was delicious. Portions very generous.

Food was hot when I got home and the order was correct.

There was a sauce that we didn?t know what it was for. I would add a note to say what goes with what. Overall, food was good
